“Another great visit to Morningson. Stopped in to pick up my favorite herbal tea, only available from here. Was also assisted by a woman employee with information on peach trees for my home area. Very knowledgeable and friendly. You won't find customer service like that at a "big box" or home improvement store.”
“We visited El Rancho Nursery yesterday seeking advice on yellowing citrus tree leaves and pests on roses. Hands down, it was the best experience in a plant nursery I've had. Angelina helped us, and she really knew her stuff. She gave my sister and I the specific and detailed information we needed. She wasn't just patient with all our questions, but enthusiastic. Obviously, this nursery isn't just her livelihood...it's a calling. You can't get this sort of passion for plants, or knowledge about them, in a big-box store.I stay with my sister in Vacaville several times a year and help tend (and enjoy) her garden. From now on El Rancho is the only plant supply place in Vacaville we'll be buying from. Highly recommend!”
“This is an unbelievable collection of palms at great prices. You would have to drive hundreds of miles to find all these palms anywhere else, and you would probably pay a lot more. Palm trees are not as expensive as you think, especially if you have time to let them grow. They are an amazing investment and not only are they enjoyable to be around but they really increase the value of your property. If you are going to let a palm tree get huge over years definitely start with a very interesting palm that will be more valuable than just the standard varieties. This is the place to find special palms, and the right palm fir the situation. It is also the best place for tropical foliage in Northern california, by FAR. There are lots of other plants besides the palms.They all are very tropical looking and give great accompaniment to the palms. Definitely worth the drive.”

“Found out Horizon is part of a huge international company - they specialize in dealing with contractors who place large orders - I am very small customer with garden irrigation needs who visited the store many times (some with refunds) - the staff still took the time to give me guidance regarding my needs - a special salute to Chuck, Gumby and Jose (the staff I personally dealt with) - they are true professionals who are patient and pleasant at the same time !”
