“My Dewalt electric drill needed a new chuck. I ordered a new chuck from Amazon. When I tried to install the new chuck, I was unable to remove the old one. Therefore, I took my drill and the new chuck to M&M Tools. They promptly removed the old chuck and installed the new one. When I asked what the charge was, I was told there was no charge. I was so touched by this small act of kindness. Thank you again for going above and beyond!”
“The mounting plate for a Blum cabinet hinge in my kitchen was broken. After some very unsuccessful trips to a much bigger store and a limited success doing online research, it occurred to me that I just need to replace the mounting plate alone. I wish I knew Siggia Cabinet Hardware earlier, all of the effort above-mentioned would be unnecessary. I am very happy that I found this place. The staff here is so knowledgeable and helpful. And I get to try the remaining hinge part on their sample mounting plates to make my choice. Their price is great too!”

“Best irrigation supply house anywhere. The only downside is they allow homeowners to purchase here. These folks have no idea what they need and use up valuable time that costs me a ton on money while my tech waits for DIY people to discuss their irrigation needs with the counter people.”

“5/9/23 I so appreciate my visit at Superior Moulding because they are old school...greet you when you arrive with a, "How can I help you?" I showed Gio the baseboard sample where he knew the code number and that is was a special order item available the next day. Before I could follow up the next day Superior called me saying it was ready. From the front door to everyone's eye contact with a hello and smile, to their knowledgeable service, to their incredible products and showroom, to the friendly Will Call who cut my wood this is an example of how to run an excellent business where customers enjoy giving their money to. “I know HD can be a pain sometimes. But honestly, for someone like me that screwing a light bulb is the highest levels of construction ability, they have been very useful. But , today, I didn't come in to make any repairs or screw any light bulbs. I came to but a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer. My source for appliances has always been the Best Buy store. But since Best Buy massively mishandled my order that in addition to appliances included four TVs, I turned to Home Depot. The young lady with a great attitude helped me. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver my appliances so I couldn't accomplish my goal. That said, as dusty as everything is in HD, I tried to go and wash my hands. I expected to see a filthy bathroom with no soap and a mess. But to my surprise, the bathrooms were cleaner than some of the bathrooms in the best restaurants in Beverly Hills. You walk in there and it smells fresh. So next time at HD, make sure you visit the bathrooms and be assure that it will be a pleasant experience.”
“Hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE at this Home Depot this evening. Not sure who was helping us, probably the on duty Manager, was incredible. We were there for specific light switches and he climbed a ladder to find additional in stock. When the quantity wasn't enough, he went out of his way to look for additional in stock items and was all around incredibly helpful and personable. Felt like we were at Nordstroms. Ha! Thank you for making my hubs and my kid-free Home Depot Date Night running not-so-fun-and-sexy errands pretty damn awesome with simply being a kind and genuinely great human being.”
