Although they incorporated utilizing tech for scheduling appointments online, they also provided a phone number to speak to someone in real time. Fortunately, I did not need to do so, but it was so nice to walk into a spacious medical office with ample seating, and two staff behind a counter who were visible and accessible. Once they found my appointment, and took my lab order and insurance information, I was let into a room, and done in less than ten minutes. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind, so much so, I left knowing I would be back. There was a sign on the door when I entered that addressed responding to people's complaints about not being able to talk to someone on the phone for assistance, with a phone number for making appointments or getting help.
