I made an appointment for vaccines at a time where there was lots of availability. I show up at the correct time. I asked the Consultation person where to wait and she said "you must get in line and when you get to the front we will help you." I explained that I had an appointment for right then. She said "it doesn't matter, back of the line."The lines was 15 people long. I've been forced to wait in that line before and the reviews on slowness and incompetency are accurate.I'll drive to a farther location before I give them any money.

ms Peggy manager here at night is the reason why people shop online rather then in store. went to return a medicine that I did not open for my baby and for my bad luck I lost the receipt. I was asking for store credit not for her bad attitude I got. all she had to say was sorry I can not take it back without the receipt. worse experience at the store for me right here. don't go here unless you don't plan on receiving good customer service. also word of advice for Ms Peggy If you hate your job go do what you love. Chase your real dreams cause being a store manager is not working for you.

PHARMACY-SPECIFIC REVIEW: Disorganized. Rude. Smug. The epitome of dangerous hubris.I wouldn't wish this pharmacy on my worst enemy. They shouldn't be allowed to dispense gum.Here's the horror show I've been dealing with:Two prescriptions were called in on August 8th. These were refills to me, but I'd never picked up from this pharmacy before. I moved a year ago and hadn't needed refills during that time as I use these medications sparingly. (My old pharmacy was not a Walgreens). I don't get a call or text after 3 days. I tried to call but no one picked up (ever), so I went to the drive-up after 6 days, on August 14th. There was no one else in line. I rang the bell. Was asked to wait. 10 minutes passed. I rang the bell again. I was asked to wait. 8 minutes later someone asks how they can help me. There's horrific banging/construction noises and I could barely hear them. I gave them my name and birthdate. They told me no prescriptions were ready and none had been called in. I asked them to check again. 7 minutes later they returned to confirm they did get the prescriptions (on the 8th) but they weren't ready. After 6 days. I was told I could return in 2 hours to pick them both up. I left after almost 30 wasted minutes.I couldn't make it back the same day so I went the next day, on August 15th. 16 minutes of waiting. Then I'm told...no prescriptions were ready, none had been called in. I explained everything that happened yesterday. They looked again. Found them again. One medication (for ADHD) they were out of. (Note: My doctor called it into CVS and I got a text within 90 minutes that it was ready). My second prescription (for anxiety)? The pharmacist asked my doctor for additional information...I called my doctor's office. The pharmacist was requesting my session notes. The private notes about my anxiety condition that I've had for 15 years. I approved this because I'm not ashamed of my anxiety, but I couldn't believe it. Even though this medication had been prescribed for me before with no problematic side effects the pharmacist insisted on seeing my notes.On August 17th I called Walgreens again to see if my prescription was ready. I was told they were still waiting for my session notes. I called my doctor's office, they told me they'd been faxed and confirmed received on August 15th. I called Walgreens, told them they confirmed receipt of the notes two days earlier. I was then told the notes were "under review."On August 18th I called Walgreens again. The guy who answered the phone told me the pharmacist reviewed my notes and was DECLINING TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTION because there was "NO CLINICAL JUSTIFICATION FOR THE PATIENT'S USAGE OF THIS MEDICATION." So, a stranger I've never met decided they know better than me, my prescribing doctor, and 15 years of successful mitigation.I'm disgusted by this place. I've filed a complaint with the CA State Board of Pharmacy because I want to spare others the stress and anxiety I was put through, not to mention the time that was wasted.I feel sorry for anyone who works here who isn't incompetent and awful, because I dealt with incredibly inept people who had no bedside manner whatsoever.

This used to be my go to pharmacy but lately their customer service has become atrocious with many long waits only to get to the window to find out they haven't filled the prescription and there'll be a further wait! We're switching to CVS, same distance from the house, open 24 hours. I guess we'll see how it goes.

Im sorry but im done holding back !!!!! Been on hold 27 minutes just to get hung up on !!!!!! Always some kind of problem here NOTHING EVER HAPPENS SMOOTHLY NOTHING!!!!!! Their always the problem and yet they always give attitude !!!! I wish for a negative bottom right now !!!! Angry as a mother

It says Open 24 hours but inside of the store by the doors. They have two cones and A piece of paper taped to each cone that says store is closed will open at 7 AM on the door and the window the store hours clearly say. Open twenty four hours every Where it says open 24 hours. This is ridiculous. I just came from all the way over here to all do it over here for no reason when I could have gone somewhere else goodbye..

I hate to write a bad review but this pharmacy is horrible. The line is always long, the staff is always slow and seemingly inept, and they just don't care. One time I picked up my meds about 2 weeks after they were supposed to be done. It was my bad for picking them up so close to when I needed them, but after waiting in a long line, they said they couldn't find my medication. Then after a long time, they realized they put it aside because there was somme sort of contraindiciation. BUT in the entire time they had my prescription, they never thought to call my MD or followup. Thank god they were able to reach my doctor and get me my pills (there was no contraindication) but it did not escape me that they did so while the line continued to pile up behind me. Walgreens are typically great, but this one could do better.

No wonder why this Walgreens has lot of parking space available. All employees that I have met have a bad attitude. I was trying to avoid some employee and meet a new employee. They are all same. Really only on this location

The parking lot is like wading through hot trash and the inside of the store is a slightly better. This review is mainly for the pharmacy. When a pharmacist gets to you, they are pleasant and helpful but the line is reminiscent of going to the DMV. Not sure what the problem is...I attempted the drive thru pharmacy on 3 different days; Friday 12/2, Saturday 12/3 & Monday 12/5 and each time, it was closed. I finally got fed up and transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. Only go here if you have no other option.

This pharmacy has gone from being super clean to not being clean at all. The floor has been dirty for the past 3 days and the counters look very dirty as well. Management must only care about making money not how the stores actually looks.

This is the worst store to order for "pick up" or "side curb" . I understand things happen and maybe short staff can be an issue at times but today while picking up my online order there was only one associate working at the register. My order was not ready. i went out to my car and i came back inside again to ask for my order again while the associate took care of the line she had. I think this location lacks on organizing staff based on busy hours or just in general. There is definitely a huge lack of "TEAMWORK" that could facilitate certain issues. For a reason costumers order online so that orders are picked up at a certain time... But what is the point if this store lacks on that ability to offer the service correctly?
