“i actually had called before i came in and spoke to, i believe her name was Pricilla, to ensure i was able to deposit a check at a capital one cafe. she assured me i could and that the process was super easy. she also mentioned if it would be my first time, depositing a check, that an ambassador could help me. when i walked in, i was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman who introduced me to the very kind Novan. Novan was incredibly helpful , very attentive , and extremely accommodating. i am thankful i was able to be assisted by him as he was completely knowledgeable during my visit. couldn’t have asked for better customer service. allstar employee! “I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

“I want to acknowledge Mr Paul Smith! I have dealt with him a quite a few times when visiting this location and each time it has been a great experience! He goes above beyond to make sure the customer is happy before leaving . I visited when it was close to closing time .. I'm sure he had things to do and was ready to go but if he did I sure couldn't tell. He stayed past the working hours to make sure I had everything I needed . Not once did he seem irritated or ready to go. He's just a overall good dude . You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers . Employees like this should be acknowledged.
