“Our pup, Gumbo, has been here three times now. He’s a large dog and has a lot of anxiety because of his past. He is definitely not the “easiest customer.” As owners, we are very selective about where we bring him. Each time, he is warmly welcomed by the team and is clearly well cared for. He leaves looking and smelling wonderful (we’ve had numerous people compliment how well his coat looks afterwards). We highly recommend Pets Fifth Avenue!”
“Month ago my mutt got tape worms; the meds upset his tummy. As most ppl know - walking w runny #2 is dreadful for dog & parent. Called vet, researched for a month…no improvement- went to UP to get pumpkin/sensitive food. Gentlemen working asked if I was looking for specific..explained situation- he showed me pumpkin powder - I asked if I needed more..he said; “this will work in a day”. OMG he was 100% right. He has no idea how much he made both Henry and my life so much better. Every time I go in here - they are SO incredibly lovely.Note: I NEVER take time to review..but this was worth it.”

“Jocelyn has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in our sessions with our little rescue guy, Watson. We had been struggling and overwhelmed with leash reactivity, stranger danger, nervous and fearful behavior. She was able to guide us with game plans to manage and work on his behavior. We learned so much about dog behavior and body language. She was so patient and understanding with him. Her calm demeanor was very soothing for Watson and us as well! I went to get my bird's wings clipped and Oscar was incredibly informative and helpful, ensuring that my feathered friends were well taken care of. The service was very quick and efficient. This is my first time ever having feathered friends and I was impressed by the expertise and wide selection of birds Oscar breads. “My husband and I had visited this store in hopes of finding even higher/better quality/human grade dog food as my mom's family dog tends to have a lot of allergies including of course food allergies. Not only where we able to find 3 options for her, she ate all of them with no issue and honestly she looks amazing. It feels so fulfilling to have your pets eat as well as you do , in hopes of better health and longevity for them. My cats on the other hand are a bit pickier but I hope to be able to transition them to the food available here and thank you for keeping our fellow felines in mind as well. Skye was of great assistance and we appreciate her kindness on our second visit , but first purchase since our first time in was just a window shopping moment. I hope to see the continuation of expanded selection on the items available with our beloved companions best health/interest in mind. I also appreciate the fair prices as this is a expensive city to begin with. I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you guys and this will definitely be a place we will frequent now that we know.”
“When I discovered this dog grooming business, I never left. Jonathan is such a great groomer. He is so detailed and knowledgeable with the best interest of your dog. He is so quick to communicate. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into my fur baby (shown in the pictures below). I take 3 dogs of mine here and he never fails to disappoint every time. He always tries his best even when my dogs give him a hard time. His work is amazing and the prices are hard to beat. I cannot stress enough how great of a dog grooming place this is!!”

“I order 6 cakes here every year, one for each of my dogs birthdays and they have always delivered consistent cakes! My dogs love the cakes here and they have also tried their cookies and treats that are offered in the cases. The bakery also carries a small assortment of dog food, packaged treats, raw chews and dried chews, and many birthday accessories. There are many things here that are size appropriate for any breed of dog. I've gotten many little treats here for my dogs that range from 3 lbs - 16 lbs but I've seen people come in with their large breeds and leave with something for them.”
“Everyone at this Healthy Spot location is amazing, but this review is especially for Esme, who bathes our sweetheart Buddy every 2 weeks. We've never had a long haired dog before, and he needs a lot of TLC! Esme noticed his dry, flaky skin and immediately had a solution - her oils have made a fantastic difference in his skin, especially during these cold winter months! I appreciate all of Esme's advice about how to manage his coat at home, too, between appointments. It's really wonderful to see how much Buddy trusts Esme, as you can see in this video. Esme is the best - and we're so lucky to have her caring for our handsome man. Anyone would be lucky to have such a thoughtful and kind person taking care of their fur baby!!!!”
“Great store for cat and dog owners that want their buds to eat well. Everyone here has been super knowledgeable and helpful. When I requested some specific items they kept in low stock, they increased their stock of those items to accommodate me. I’ve become a regular here. If you love your pets, do yourself and your pets a favor and get them high quality food from this place. All three of our cats now have shiny great coats and it’s due to the better diet. It’s a win-win-win for everyone.”

“I love this store!!! I came in today hoping that I could get my dog groomed but, unfortunately the grooms were done for the day. I was bummed, but an employee, Jack explained how the groomers finish at a certain time, and booking an appointment is what I should do instead. Jack showed me Urban Pet has self wash stations! Gave me a quick run down of how it works and let me know of a daily deal on Mondays for the self wash. Jack gave me some fresh towels! After his bath they gave my pup some treats! My boy has chicken allergy, but Jack made sure to ask before giving him any. They also helped me out with some food recommendations for my pup's sister. Jack hooked it up with some samples and a free membership! Definitely will be coming back, people here know their stuff!!!”
