“I have been a loyal customer of this grocery store for years, and it never disappoints. The quality of their products is consistently top-notch. Their meat and seafood selection is unparalleled, and I always leave with the freshest cuts. The bakery section is a delight, with an assortment of freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts. The staff members are knowledgeable and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This is truly a gem of a grocery store.”

“Like this store. I've been going here for several years now. Although there is a closer store of this network. Convenient location of goods. There are always lots of promotions. Large assortment, you can find almost anything. There are also bulk products such as meat, chicken, fish, salads, pickles, cold meats, cheeses and sweets. You can say no cons, except for ever-growing prices, but this is clearly not a question for the store.”

“Many things in this market is either overpriced or doesn't even have a price tag. Countless things that I wanted to buy but didn't because they didn't show a price and I'm one of those shoppers that does the math when I shop. If I don't know the prices I'm not going to waste time bringing stuff to the register to only find out that the items are overpriced and I don't want them or something. Other than that, the employees are friendly. The place is always clean.”

“God bless this place. i’m puerto rican and it is so hard to find ajíes dulces, culantro and gandules. Not only did they have gandules but they had Jibarito from bayamón puerto rico ? this is so huge because it’s so much better than the goya brand “pigeon peas”. love this supermarket and i will be back”

“JONS is great because they have many of the items that Armenians like me are looking to buy that other larger grocery stores do not stock. Such as: Armenian bread, eggplant spreads, Piknik cheese, fish roe, etc.Although I know I can get these things from some of the smaller Armenian stores nearby, sometimes I prefer going to a larger grocery store like this because it is not a super cramped tiny store and there is plenty of parking at all times.”

“I am Frederick Martin. I am Security Officer. I worked at the CVS on Hoover and Washington. One day on my way to work I stopped in this market, and I was blown away. The meat department selection was amazing!!! The meats in that department were the best I had had since I been in Los Angeles and the meat butchers cut any of the meats just the way you like it. One other thing, I have a thing for all vegetables. Yummy. The produce was so superb!!!!. It was so fresh and beautiful, and the produce clerks are always attending to it. Damn near want you to eat it raw right then. I need to mention something else about the meats, once you freeze it and thaw it out, it doesn't get tough to whereas you have to 'doctor' it up, nor does it lose its original taste or texture. All of the staff are so very friendly and helpful too. Even outside in the front of the entrance they have more produce of fruit and it's all well taken care of. You can't find one rotten piece, not like in your major chain markets. Now yes, parking is an issue, because the strip mall is very small, but right across the street is a Subways and a laundry mat where you can park. With that being stated this is a community-based area and they really support their businesses. No hassle. I brag about them and support them 1000%.”

“I went to buy injera and grounded meat. The store owner welcomed me with beautiful smile and a great customer service. The time she went inside ( another room) to prepare the meat which I requested to be grind. I started looking around all over the store. Every single item placed well in organized. If you actually want to buy something with out asking:- where can I ...? Question , you will find it easily. It's very neat. No dust at all. I recommend the owner to keep this great job for future. If you are looking Ethiopian food, clothes, herbs, ANYTHING! I won't have enough space to mention all. You should go to Geni mini market. Everyone is welcome and you will leave the store with smile after getting quality customer service.”

“FYI to the South LA community. This location grocery store is now Superior Market with new parking lot with fence around entire property. No more vendors taking up side walk space, creating clutter and chaos. Thank God Superior Market is there now parking lot looks amazing at night now lol no homeless, no cars in parking lot all night, or loads of trash everywhere. It was so peaceful when I walked my dog last night around the block in that area. That was after 10ish.”

“There's a lot of things that I can buy there, and avoid traveling to a grocery store, and standing in a long line with people. I love the way they remodeled the store, and they have just about everything I need, even my pet's food.”

“It's a nice little neighborhood store. The people running it are nice, friendly and helpful. They have a pretty decent selection of merchandise available. If they don't have exactly what you want, you can find something that will work. There's street parking and it's even easier to walk to.”

“They are so awesome here. Best people ever. I've lived near here for 10 yrs and never ever had one problem here. They try so hard to please their customers. Greet you like a lost cousin. It's close to home. Walking 7min.. So we walk here sometimes. If we are short change they let us slide. We always pay back what we owe. It's small, convenient and have about everything you're looking for. I'm glad they are here. More the people then the store. Anyone can have a store it's who's inside that makes us come back. Parking is ok. Never really had to search for parking. The people haven't changed much like different workers. They all have been nice and cool with us. I'm glad to support my store when we can. They deserve it and I'm glad they are here in Paramount. :)”

“If you are ever in the Montebello area you must visit this family owned Armenian market. They carry puri bread from the famous San Fernando Valley Victory Bread bakery brought in fresh daily. They also sell homemade hummus, tabouli, dolmas and other items. They have a great assortment of feta cheeses. The owners are the sweetest!”
