He was very patient with the situation and explained every step of what he was doing with my phone, seriously a great employee. “Had a great experience! My husband and I bought a perfectly good microwave for $250 when it was originally $480ish. The price in-store matched what they quoted us over email. Staff seems transparent, not “salesy” The microwave works great, and we couldn’t even find any dents or scratches. And it came with all brand installation equipment. We’d buy from here again ?? also! just as a kind gesture they disposed of our old broken microwave for us!”
