“I don't usually write reviews so here goes. I recently had my 2022 Nissan Altima repaired at Tho's Auto Collision and wanted to share the experience. I've had my share of auto collision repairs over the years and rarely does it turn out so favorable. I was a first time walk-in with no appointment and Loan the manager immediately took notice. She took care of everything from the car inspection to dealing with the insurance companies. I didn't have to do a thing other than to give her my insurance info. Loan handled every step of the process. She went over what she thought would need to be repaired or replaced. Loan was very responsive and the car was completed on time and to my satisfaction, 110%. Afterwards she went over everything that was done with me point by point. Here's the part that got to me, she tested every single component of the door that got damaged in front of me to make sure everything was done correctly before she would let me drive off. The attention to detail at this place is off the chart. The best part was that she was able to collect some money for me from the other insurance company for the lost of use while my car was being repaired. I didn't even know that you could do that. How cool was that that? All in all my experience with Tho's Auto Collision was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto collision repair. Thank you again Loan for the amazing job! They should call this place painless and worry free repair because that's what it was to me. Can't say enough about this place.”

“Clara was extremely accommodating and helpful. I needed a break wear sensor same day and nowhere except her store had it in a 150 mile radius. They had one left, but her and her team couldn’t find it so they took down my information and spent extra time looking for it. Thankfully they found it and saved the day for me. Despite being short handed and busy, they made sure to put in the extra effort to help me when they could’ve made it easier on themselves and said they couldn’t find it. Thank you Clara and team.”

“I adore the Vanspeed Van Mart Shop & couldn't recommend them more. I brought them a puzzle: to build out my raw 144" wheelbase/short-height Sprinter cargo van into a multipurpose 3-in-1 film production/mobile office/camper van, and they gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, and more! They really listened to my vision, took the time to understand how I wanted to use the van, helped me pick the right options for my budget & also gave me room to grow and add on should I want to at a later time. They use top quality materials, their build work is flawless, and they offer the absolute best customer service around. Would definitely recommend them for all your van needs. Even if you're looking for DIY kits or simple side steps or add-ons for an existing build, their products are all well-made and beautifully designed, and they're experts who are happy to help. I get so many compliments on my van because yes, it looks gorgeous (their custom wood slat ceiling is my favorite). But after having spent nearly a full year using it for all 3 reasons I built it out, I can confirm that it's durable, comfortable, amazingly functional, and still gorgeous to look at and live in when I'm out on the road for extended periods. They built out the whole electrical, solar & battery systems, a small kitchen (sink, fridge & water tank), custom bench & table with seat belts for additional passenger space, bed system with Vanspeed capsule windows, ceiling fan, puck lights, and the full exterior side steps, back bumper step, and front Baja bumper. Cannot thank the whole team enough for their great work and great service!”

“ROAV is the ONLY option for custom van builds. Being a custom home builder, I interviewed many van builders for my project but after seeing their quality and culture, I was not impressed. When I was introduced to ROAV, within minutes of speaking with Billy, I was confident with my decision to go with them. I have now built two vans with ROAV and have become close with the culture of the ROAV family. Selecting a van builder outside of ROAV is a mistake.”

“Dropped off my car to have my windows re-tinted and the front cowling repaired. Both were done quickly and done very well. No bubbles or streaks and the tinting perfectly matched existing tint. The car was clean and looked perfect when I picked it up. Will definitely use again for reasonably priced, high quality repairs. By the way, a few reviews mentioned difficulties speaking English, I had no problems communicating with English whatsoever.”
