“A little over a year ago we purchased our family home in West Garden Grove. Simultaneously we were in need of a full time daycare for our 23 month old daughter and we happened upon Teachable Moments. During our initial tour we really felt welcomed by Miss Sheena and Miss Amy. We liked the small, intimate home daycare vibes that we got during our first visit. It fit our needs as our daughter was transitioning from being home with her grandparents. The pricing was reasonable, it was only a couple miles away from home and they were willing to accommodate our daughter's food allergies. We have been at Teachable Moments for over a year now and I couldn't be happier that we decided to enroll our daughter here. Her language skills have improved immensely, she is learning to read and write, and has developed so many gross/fine motor skills. Most importantly she is enjoying school. She is socializing and learning to work with her peers, which is so wonderful to see at her age (as she was an isolated Covid baby for so long). Our daughter loves her teachers. They are nurturing, caring, and facilitate growth and learning. They take the time to sit with the students and focus on their individual needs. Miss Amy and Miss Sheena have worked together for years and continue to do so. They are so committed to their students and you can tell they truly love what they do.”

“Town & Country Preschool in Westminster is a gem! Coming from an educational background, I've been very intentional about the environment I'd want my child to be in. I didn't want to expose my toddler to screens and technology just yet and preferred for her to be outdoors, which was perfect that Town & Country had a little farm attached to it.Town & Country Preschool was perfect because it provided STEM education in a space fostering socio-emotional learning and student confidence. In just a matter of months, I saw my child elevate her language skills and critical thinking abilities. Despite being a little shy, she came home raving about her teachers, singing new songs, sharing the activities during the day, and the friends she played with in school. The social skills developed were noticeable right away. Additionally, I credit my child's school for helping her become potty-trained before the age of three.I've been sending my child to Town and Country for the summer months for over two years now and appreciate the genuine care her teachers pour into every student. It's clear to me that her teachers--Ms. Rose, Ms. Kris, Ms. Laura, and Ms. Loretta--all love their work.”

“Mrs. Willis from TK and her assistant, Ms. G, are wonderful, caring people. They both genuinely care for their students and were respectful to all of the parents. My kid enjoyed his time in TK at Finley and made sweet friends.”

“My husband and I chose to send my son to Willmore because of their dual-immersion, Spanish / English program even though he is assigned to Eastwood. My son started this year in kindergarten and it is AMAZING how much Spanish he already knows (I am a Spanish speaker but did not teach him the language). He has two great and caring teachers, Mrs. Weber and Ms. Galvan. This year the school introduced Code to the Future and so now my son is not only learning Spanish, he is also learning to code. I very much appreciate the principal's (Dr. Jacobson) desire for parent involvement through routine "Coffee with the Principal" meetings, PTA functions, School Site Council and other events. I think the school is getting better and better because of the great teachers, leadership from Dr. Jacobson and support of the District.”
