“I have been a customer since 1980 I love the shoes. There was a store in Odessa Texas but I no longer live there. I wear a size 4 and have only returned shoes 2 times. This was only because they ran large. Great shoe store. I recommend them to everyone I see with tiny feet. Oh this is Kathy not Bob”

“The closing time was incorrect on the Maps app on the iPhone but my experience up to closing was just great. They were understanding of me having to check out as they closed and they probably even ran over the clock a little, but they were patient anyway. Most important, since it was dark out, their security guard walked me out and made sure I got to my vehicle safely.”

“I always love coming here when i'm in the area because most likely I will find something and of course I did. I found a few clothing items and I left to go check out another store. During that time i realized that I already have something similar to what I just bought. So i went back to the store and asked to return it. Unfortunately, if you don't come here often, they only offer store credit. But for me it wasn't a big deal because I know i'd be back in the future. They also use the receipt as proof of credit so just keep that in mind. They can't transfer the credit onto a gift card so i just have to remember that it's in the form of my receipt.”
“This place was great! It's difficult at times to find cute dress shoes for young girls and this store really fit the need for my granddaughters Christmas outfit shoes! The staff was helpful without being overbearing. We were able to find a size 10 and a size 1 for my 4 and 6 year d granddaughters in a fancy silver sparkle little heel shoe that makes them feel so special and grown up for Christmas and the prices were very good. I look forward to shopping here in the future for my daughter and maybe even myself! The previous review complaining about the 30 day policy is just plain silly. 30 days means 30 days dear, would you throw away your job for some idiot who expected to be the exception to the rule? Entitled much?”

“Yes its a bit unorganized and messy but what store isnt these days? This mall is sad and dying but the quality is still there! I still pick up my chanel and lancome makeup from their counters. Yen at chanel is so kind and amazing! She actually gives great honest advice and doesnt push ugly colors on u! They honor all the discounts and give plenty of samples bc nobody is there to say otherwise! Sometimes I order items and have them delivered to the store and peruse while im there. I always find something cool and for a great price! Dont miss out on this hidden gem!”
