“Have not been in the branch for a while after I've discovered online banking with their Android app. However, my past in-person experiences were pleasant. One problem with doing business with a smaller local bank is that it is easy be be outside of their territory with no branch service. Also, it is difficult to get an international wire going, as they have to rely on WF as a proxy. Overall, I'm very satisfied as a customer, and I am super happy that I don't get nickel and dimed by large evil banks anymore.”
