“Oscar was excellent! I had a terrible experience over the phone with customer service and he was able to get my problems resolved all while another customer was having a shouting match with one of the representatives. I feel really bad for what the representatives in the store have to go through. Oscar if you ever get the chance to read this I don’t think you deserved that and the other representative didn’t either. Hopefully all goes well. Thanks again for your help”

I bought just a basic phone out of which he probably made no commission but still his help, support (with data transfer), knowledge about plans and education for future making best use of the plans and services of T-Mobile were exceptional.Seriously I was about to change carriers but I feel I found a friend who is there for you. “My buddy was having difficulties with his phone but didn't have time to go look for a new one. They didn't have the one he wanted in stock, but the associate went above and beyond and asked the manager to check the safe and they did in fact have one. Excellent customer service. Courteous and knowledgeable about both the product and the T-Mobile brand services.”

“I had a disconnect and a new service request and since I was going to be exchanging equipment figured I would go to the service center for my requests. Both times I was greeted immediately and did not wait more than a minute before we were off and running to handle my request(s). First off, Lola is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to assist me during my first visit for the disconnect and new service. When I returned a second time to drop off the equipment, I inquired about keeping my old DVR box. Shae was my rep and she was also fantastic to work with. Jovan, the store manager, is an asset to Xfinity and I feel confident if I have any concerns in the future, these three would be more than able to assist. Thanks for making both experiences at your store a positive one!!”

“Good experience at this store. I came in for a wifi extender and needed to upgrade my modem. I was greeted and checked in promptly, sat down and was helped within 5 minutes. “This was my 3rd stop at T-Mobile to get my mom a new phone the other two T-Mobile stores had horrible customer service and didn’t have the phone we wanted. So we decided to stop at one more store and we had awesome customer service Vincent that helped us answered all my questions and got us out of there within no time. Definitely recommend this store and Vincent.”
