“Me and my boyfriend were staying in Denver for the Labor Day weekend, his transmission blew and we rented a u-haul and trailer to get home here. The staff went above and beyond, helping trying to load our vehicle onto the trailer after the battery had died. Allowing us to use a battery charger, and just overall being very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, thank you for everything you did for us!”
“My experience started a bit rough… I called in to make sure they have the truck available and was told yes. Drove in to pick up and waited for at least an hour while they kept changing one truck for another and another. Saying 1st dead battery, 2nd other issue, 3rd dirty but on walk thru I found rear tire flat… finally found 1 that worked. 4 stars because I was offered 20% discount and truck actually performed well.”

“This budget location is small but James was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. He made sure I knew all the workings of the truck and took the time to walk around to point out any damage that had already been there. Was a great experience for a 1 day rental, would certainly recommend.”
“Store staff were very helpful & accommodating with our last minute rental, but the auto transport we rented was not sprayed off from the prior rental.No reflection on this location, but the $35 hand winch we purchased was terrible. The cable barely extended 5ft making very difficult to winch our vehicle on to the auto transport.”
“The gentleman that checked me in went above and beyond what was necessary. Before assigning me a truck he checked it and noticed it wasn’t ready so he checked out another, but because of frost on the windshield he whipped it off before letting me leave. The customer service provided at this location sets a fine example for other uhaul locations. Great way to start off a move”

“Stumbled across this company during an exhaustive search for a reasonably priced location that was staffed by individuals who actually know, understand, and provide real customer service.William and Mike definitely didn't let me down.The facility is easy to get to, well maintained, and exceptionally priced. If that isn't enough to get you in the door, they also combine discounts ( which I qualified for the autopay and military discounts ) in order to give you the absolute lowest possible rate they can do.the as well.BUT WAIT!! THERE'S MORE!!They also offer a truck rental for an entire day for free!! No joke!The only MINOR downside is that scheduling the rental was a bit tight (slim pickins on availability - but that just speaks to the fact that customers are flocking to this location to handle their storage needs! ), and even then, William offered to contact me if someone cancels their reservation.Way to go guys!!
