I'm seriously disappointed in this thrift store! They have REMOVED THE DRESSING ROOMS! How is one to figure out if the clothes that look interesting fit? It's almost impossible to see if clothes fit until you try them on! I guess you will see me (and my friends) stripping down in the corners and trying things on. I have bought some great clothes over the years from this place, but now I am truly frustrated!

Well organized inventory, friendly helpful staff. My favorite thrift store! One can always find something new or antique or unique. It's like a treasure hunt.

Incredibly friendly staff, awesome prices, and some of the best selection of furniture I’ve ever seen in a thrift store. I was able to almost completely furnish my new apartment for less than $150, also looked like a massive selection of clothes and other items. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to find cheaper but still high quality alternatives in Boulder!

Well organized, full of interesting finds. Pretty busy on a Tuesday afternoon, so it must be a local favorite

The staff is very friendly, but this thrift store is insanely overpriced. They had tons of random art in broken frames priced for $23 and up. I frequent a lot of thrift stores, and old art/picture frames are usually a couple bucks. Jeans and sweaters were priced between $14-$18. I can get new stuff at target for these prices!

Very helpful staff. I called first to see if they had a walker, Bruce took the time to look and found one. Held it for me so that I could come in and purchase it.

The best all-around thrift store in Boulder. Need dishes? Check. Artwork? Check. Crafting supplies? Check. Small home appliances? Check. School or office supplies? Check. Good quality items in good condition. Boulder Thrift prices, but you can find real bargains. Always find something I need.

Staff is normally nice except for one extremely rude balding 40 something man. I went to checkout and while I was checking out I yawned and this man had the audacity to say "dude you just yawned in my face" "don't do that next time you come in". I laughed like it was a joke but he was DEAD serious. He looked me dead in the eyes and told me not to YAWN in his store. Wildly rude and made me leave ridiculously disappointed. He was also being pretty mean to a 8 year old kid who was playing around with a toy and kept making uncomfortable comments to him. Like man, that kid is 45 years younger than you. Absolutely insane, have never seen anything like it in terms of customer service. Should've asked for a manager. Absolutely astounded by the audacity of the workers here. Hopefully their workers get taught the most basic semblance of human decency and customer service. I am going to come back into this store to yawn for multiple hours straight just to piss this guy off.

I usually love Tru because they have a great variety of vintage and secondhand clothes, albeit kind of terrible prices. I frequent this place a lot and the staff is normally sweet and accommodating, but today while my boyfriend was checking out, the 40-something cashier (male; bald; gave manager vibes) got really mad and yelled at my boyfriend for yawning near him?????? like literally he was a little sleepy and let out a tiny yawn and the employee was like dude you just yawned right in my face are you kidding me. like who gets mad at a yawn?????? what a weird thing to say to someone, and to a customer no less. on top of that, they were doing a student discount but I lost my student ID a few months back and didn't want to pay $50 for a new one when I don't need it, so I told him I could show him my class schedule for this upcoming semester, which is unequivocal proof that I am enrolled at CU. he snapped back that showing him my schedule was "fine, I guess" but that I better have my ID next time. his tone was super unnecessarily rude and snarky for something so inoffensive, and no other employees have ever given me grief for not having my ID since I can prove that I am a student. like why does it matter if I do or don't have my ID if I can still prove that I'm a student??? and why would you be so mean about it????? I've never been more uncomfortable in a thrift store. needless to say he absolutely ruined our vibes for no good reason at all.

Amazing selection of stuff I always leave with something when I go in it’s a blessing and a curse. And the ONLY thrift store in boulder where the prices are reasonable!

We stopped in here to grab some camping chairs bc we are here for a week long softball tournament. We thrift all over the country when we travel these were 100% the nicest people working here. The store had so many cool finds. This is a must stop.
