“Above and beyond. I had an insurance claim on a minor rear bumper fender bender that SVE fixed. While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. They were always in contact keeping me updated on the status of the car. I'm a very happy customer.”

“We just got our vehicle back after my wife was rear ended at a red light. Replacement bumper looks great and as good as new. Miles was awesome throughout; great communication and a pleasure to work with. Only thing notable (and not worth knocking off the review) was the AWD lock was left on when the vehicle was returned. I wasn't informed and noticed it after a couple miles and turned it off, not a huge deal.”
