“Greg was amazing. I showed up 4 min before they closed for a mantel and felt pretty awful about that and Greg did nothing but make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t rush me at all or make me feel like a burden. He straightened the surfaces for free the next morning and it was ready for pickup at 9 am when he opened back up. He seemed genuinely impressed by my project and wanted to converse about it. What a great experience! Yes the wood isn’t cheap but it’s also a billion times better that what they have at Home Depot or Lowe’s (I checked both before coming here) for what I was doing. LOOK HOW LOVELY THIS IS). Thank you so much for being so welcoming and helpful. I’ll be back for the next project!”

“I was trying to find specific placemats that my niece wanted for Christmas. They were no longer available online, and we don't live near a Crate and Barrel so I wasn't sure whether or not to give up or try. I decided to call the Flat Iron Crossing store. Clara answered, looked it up, and double-checked to be sure the placemats were indeed in the store. Clara held them for me to be sure I got them. “This is my favorite Pottery Barn in CO not just because it is the closest to my home, but also the staffs there are going above and beyond to make my shopping experience wonderful. I wanted to get new dinnerware sets and when I browsed through the store I found Larkin stoneware set. The associate Nathan asked me whether I needed any help and when I told him I would like to get two different colors mixed and match, he brought their stocks on a cart from the back for me to pick and choose. He was always available when I needed his help but left me the space to take time and choose what I wanted. At the end even I was paying full prices for the colors which were not on sale (wish they were like sand color), I walked away a very happy customer.”
