“I absolutely love Buckle! Their jeans are excellent quality and long lasting. Plus their team’s customer service is amazing. I went in today feeling hopeless because my favorite style isn’t being sold anymore. When I said something Annivette made it her mission that I leave that store with a pair of jeans that I felt comfortable in and loved! She not only helped me look through multiple pairs and styles but when I was starting to feel like giving up she reassured me there was something out there for me. Being a bigger girl it felt good when she didn’t give up on finding jeans for my body type (many other places will just recommend a plus size store). I’ll be coming back time and time again. “Not bad at all, the sale area was color coded and I loved that but there were too many articles of clothing on each section. I could barely get through everything and u just ended up getting overwhelmed and leaving. The staff was pretty friendly and other than the sale area the store it self was very clean and well organized. I realized that I've defintely aged out of forever 21 because almost everything is a crop top or some "piece" of clothing ???. The sale is the best though I got bike shorts for 2 dollars.”

They offered him a temporary tattoo and allowed us to apply it in the store. My son was STOKED and showed everyone in the mall his tattoo. Thanks for being such a rad crew!”
“Average hot topic experience. Lots of cool candy and selection of plushies and other merch. Conveniently located on the first floor of the mall.More of a brand issue, but there’s not a single smaller shirt in the store (one that would fit like a women’s small or medium for other brands), which I find extremely frustrating.”
“Sad that there is no longer a for life warranty but a huge shout out to Cameron and Jacob for helping me with my jacket. It was warrantied due to a defect and they had the same one in stock. These two went out of their way to help me and it’s that kind of service that keeps me coming back!”
