I can say the guys who were working the early morning shift at 3 a.m. on 02/01/24 did a great job washing my truck. They went above and beyond to make this nasty truck look good again. The truck rims are not the best and understand that and the truck isn't brand new either. For a truck that has been on the road since 2019, it looks good for its age. It is a work truck, not a show truck. They can only do so much. Thank you guys

First, although my company requires that we use this location, washed are nearly always subpar. Secondly, I recently (late Monday night)arrived there with 19 boxes of pretzels, 25 pretzels per box, OS&D. They refused to trash them for me because their dumpster was "half full" and it "doesn't get unloaded until Thursday." I said let's dump the pretzels out and then I'll help break down the boxes. Still denied, even though I was willing to pay the normal per box fee. C'mon man, you're Blue Beacon, this is what you do. Caused me to get a $250 late fee on my next load because I had to go hunting for a place to offload. You suck for this.

These guys provide a really good wash. The problem is though, it's always SO busy! You could easily wait 2 hours just to in the way bay. Only way to avoid that, is go at like 3am!

I got robbed today by this location Blue Beacon. I was told that they don't offer inside frame wash anymore for flat rate of $21. Instead they will now charge per min to wash inside the trailer. I said OK and then forward my truck inside the bay. I told the lead bay operator to let me know when they about to start washing the inside, so that I can time it. He didn't do it, but I did start my timer right after they started to wash. It took 7.05 to wash the interior. Than when I went to pay for the truck wash it turned out to be $199.30. I was totally in shock. I never paid over $145 for full detail inside and out wash including under courage and engine wash. When I asked why it almost cost me $200? The guy name Francisco said it's a normal charge. I than asked to breakdown the charges!!!Francisco who acted as manager told me that it cost 10mins @ $6 per min to wash the inside trailer... I told and showed him my phone that it was only 7mins.... But Francisco said we charge full 10mins. There we go my extra $18.. But than I was shocked that there was another $21.60 charge for inside trailer wash..... I asked why I was charge twice for the same job!!!! Francisco then went ballistic and started going load to justify the charges. He told me that $21.60 is for normal inside trailer wash and if I want a detail inside wash then I had to pay per min...... I then told him that the lead bay guy told me that you guys don't offer anymore inside trailer wash for flat rate and will only wash it if truckers pay by min. Francisco did not listen to anything I said, because the lead bay guy were no where to be found for me to prove my case. After all these head ach and paid $200, my truck was not washed the way it should be. There were sand inside the trailer frame and oil spots residue outside of my trailer. They also broke my filter indicator cap due to pressure wash. I have every thing recorded and have pictures to back it up while still at that location. I will take this Blue Beacon location to small claim court for their fraudulent charges. I contacted their corporate office, but was closed, because of the weekend. I will for sure take them to court.. please truckers, especially Auto Haulers...... Stay away from this location. They are all thief and dishonest people working there. Please clarify everything before paying. They are charging truckers an average of $20 to $60 extra....

Not sure what rating to put. I am in the middle of getting my trailer washed out and others getting their truck washed and they ran out of water!!!! They said it would take a few and they would fix it. Now all the workers are outside joking around. We shall see. I better not be late for my pickup. The workers went back inside now so maybe. I hear a truck getting washed but not my trailer ?Oh thank goodness they are finishing. I have just never heard of a Blue Beacon running out of water.
