I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Jason and his company, Just Turf. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, as I initially had faith in Jason's honesty and commitment to quality work. However, my experience with Just Turf has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others against using this company for their turf installation needs. Like many other turf companies, Just Turf relies on subcontractors for their installations. Unfortunately, this means that the quality of the work is not reliable, and ultimately reflects poorly on the company itself. The crew Jason sent to complete the installation exhibited unprofessional behavior, wasting hours of valuable time and demonstrating a lack of organization. While most of the workers were diligent and hardworking, the foreman or supervisor, Max, was frequently absent, leaving the crew unsupervised. One particular employee stood out for all the wrong reasons. This individual constantly engaged in clownish behavior, recording videos on his phone, and serving as a major distraction to the rest of the workers. Additionally, another worker also displayed an excessive amount of fooling around. The clownish employee was responsible for critical tasks such as cutting seams, pouring glue, and operating equipment, despite having no experience in turf installation. This individual's actions led to numerous problems throughout the project. To make matters worse, this employee caused damage to my newly installed Polyaspartic/flaked patio while compacting the soil. The patio surface alone cost $5,000. He also broke my hose nozzle and created a significant mess during the entire process. Moreover, he ignored repeated instructions not to pour gasoline over the new turf, and even consumed beer while on the job. The fact that this employee was the company's mechanic, without any experience in turf installation, further highlights the lack of professionalism and competence within Just Turf. However, the most significant issue with Just Turf's work was the poor quality of the turf installation itself. Excessive glue usage or exposure to moisture caused the glue to seep through the seams, resulting in highly visible, hardened, and bumpy seams. Large, hard pieces of glue were also apparent, making it uncomfortable to walk on the turf. I expressed my disappointment and concerns to Jason, who initially displayed empathy and a willingness to rectify the situation. On a subsequent Saturday, Jason sent the crew back to my house to address the problems. However, their efforts did not yield any noticeable improvement. When I met with Jason to discuss the issues, he acknowledged the substandard quality of the job and promised to fix the problems. He committed to replacing sections of the turf and addressing all the seams. Although one of the seams appeared to be in better condition than the others, I informed Jason that it was not perfect. The agreed-upon plan was to remove the turf, replace the problematic sections, and ensure straight seams. However, when the crew returned, they deviated from Jason's promises. Instead of following through with the discussed plan, they began cutting out square pieces to patch the areas with glue issues. I immediately contacted Jason to inform him of the situation, and he visited my house once again. During our conversation, he acknowledged the remaining issues and agreed that the best course of action would be to pull up the turf and redo all three problem seams. Unfortunately, Jason and his crew ran out of turf material and were unable to replace the third seam/section. The foreman also pointed out glue issues in the other section that I had previously mentioned - this is something I overlooked when I met with Jason, but this seam was as problematic. He agreed that the most suitable solution was to redo all four seams. When I informed Jason about the ongoing problems, he became angry and belligerent, refusing to return and fix the remaining issues. He claimed that everything had to be compl
