I had an appointment at Walmart in Commerce City Co store #2752 in the automotive department to get my new tires put on, so my appointment was at 10am they took my truck back right away and told me it would be about an hour, so an hour later I seen them pull my truck outside and waited 20 minutes and there was no one in customer service in the automotive dept. I called customer service at the front desk for help in the back so they paged someone back to automotive and nothing so 10 minutes later I called customer service at the front desk again they paged someone again and still nothing. So now it's been 1 hour 45 minutes later and nobody knows where my keys are. I had to turn into a total witch to get my keys so I could leave. I had another appointment that I had to reschedule because of the poor customer service at this Walmart. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALMART FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!!! The store manager needs to seriously look into the customer service at this store or maybe they just need to close there doors.

Great prices. I grocery shop here. The produce and meat are very good. Good selection of products. The store is clean and there is enough staff to help you out. I would recommend this store. The only problem is that you sometimes have to wait to check out because the store is so busy.

I purchased an item online that arrived damaged. I processed the refund online & went to Walmart at 5990 Dahlia St, Commerce City, CO. I was the only customer in line, 3 customer service reps were at the counter. I waited for 10 mins with no acknowledgment. When I finally got to the counter, I was told that I needed a box. My return states "No box? We'll pack for you in-store." She didn't offer a shipping bag. I then went Walmart at 10900 E Briarwood Ave, Centennial, CO with my item & a box. A rep, who was very helpful, said the label maker was broken, she called 1-800-walmart for help with an over the phone credit. The man she spoke with wouldn't help (she handled credits this way previously). The rep then emailed a Fed Ex label to me. I now must make a 3rd trip to receive a $20.51 credit. She also provided a shipping bag. The return of 1 item shouldn't have resulted in such inconvenience. It was a very disappointing experience with an utter lack of service & care. I have emailed Walmart regarding this issue. No response from them

This is a BIG NO for me. This place is a hot mess. The people are rude, there is stuff everywhere except for where it's supposed to be. I'll go there if I ABSOLUTELY have to.

Absolutely the worst Walmart ever!!! I am cancelling my Walmart InHome service because of this store. I highly recommend you never order anything for delivery from this store. More than likely it will not arrive and they will not pick up the phone if you call to ask about the status. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I hope an executive from Corporate reads this because they need someone from the outside to come in and clean house.

This store is clean, open and has plenty of staff available to help customers. They offer a variety of products. I was able to shpp and checkout waiting period wad reasonable.

At first our engagement ring buying process with this Walmart was extremely rocky and upsetting. We keep getting told different dates when our ring would come in and it began getting super upsetting. This week Ruth made all of that frustration go away when she took the time to call the shipping company my ring was being shipped with and got to the bottom of when we would really get our ring. Ruth was very helpful and nice and absolutely turned my frustrations around. Thank you Ruth for being so sweet and amazing!

This is the absolute worse Wal-Mart ever! It's close so I have to use it and every time I do I swear never again. I can't tell you how many times customers have come and ask me where something is and I always take them to it because if they had to wait for an employee they would probably still be waiting. I have to look and see if I'm wearing a Wal-Mart shirt there are so many people asking me. The other evening I called to see what time customer service closed. Was told 7:00p.m. so I got there a little before 6:30 and they were closed when I finally found an employee to help me she said there system was down. Not in the rest of the store. Two weeks later someone sent me some money got there about the same time and it was closed. Finally found someone to ask and low and behold there system was down! When I explained to her that's exactly what happened before she shrugged her shoulders and said that's what she was told to say if asked. Don't lie to me I'm not stupid if it's a staffing problem just say so I could understand that but don't lie. The staff here is very rude the only time you see them smile is when they are talking to each other never to a customer. The managers here need some serious training! But they probably wouldn't show up for that you can never find one and believe me there are a lot of them! Their shells are poorly stocked although the items are in the middle of the isles. Just isn't a well managed store and I understand it's hard to find good help but I don't think this store even trys.

Best ever option to do an easy order on the app than pick it up when you tell them you want to. If they need more time, it's shown right away, unless you need it ASAP, and it will get done with a cost.
