“Fabrizio is the best manager I've ever dealt with at this location and I have been here at this location for over 15 years. He actually watches over the property even at night and walks the property with his dogs. He is caring and takes pride in his job.”

“I would honestly say with the staff that works they. They are kind and understanding. They are willing to help you and work with you. It's cool how they have the rooms. When they ask if you want to see the storage unit you should it is worth it. It's a nice facility room temperature. No bugs, doesn't spell bad. Especially if you want a place secure for your items I would highly recommend this storage unit. Especially for the price your getting at in this location it's worth it personally I think. Thank you for making it easier and more comfortable knowing that my stuff is secure and in a great area.”

“I’m happy to review Extra Space Storage in Lowry. My daughter and I needed to store some personal items for a few months to make way for remodeling, and ESS was convenient for us. The signup was easy, with lots of help from the staff regarding payments, policies, keys, the location of the storage space. The facility was surprisingly clean and allowed us to park inside while loading and unloading. It was quite secure - we met one of the security staff when we were there one night late (it’s open to 10pm). I would use the Extra Space Storage again.”

“I was having a terrible day yesterday and to top it off I lost my storage keys. I asked the manager if she could assist me, she kindly empathetically explained I would have to call a lock smith. I was pissed but she helped find one that wasn’t very expensive and was pretty fast at getting there or it seemed that way because while I waited so did Jennifer and she really seemed to care offered me water and made me laugh I got in my storage and forgot all about my horrible day. Thanks Jennifer you are amazingly kind the customer service world needs more people like you. True gem..”

“My experience with this company was more EXCEPTIONAL. I contacted "All my sons" to have my furniture moved but I regret and cancelled the appointment 45 days before, then I contacted "The Other Side....", it was the best decision I could ever made. The crew was so kind, very clear on the move, and they disassembled my bed (I didn't know I had to do it) and then assembled it at the destination very professionally. I can't express how Impressed I am with the outstanding service this company provided. If you read my review, trust me that I am not the type of person who leaves reviews but they really provided a good experience that was not expensive (half of "All my sons"), no hidden fees, no traps no nothing. Don't hesitate and lease this company for your move.”
