“I wish I got the name of the pharmacist tonight because she was a sweetheart. She was so empathetic. They are always so busy and she didn't act rushed and offered to spend time answering questions if I had any. That's how I remember going to the pharmacy used to be. Hoping this gets passed along to her.”
“I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.”

“The area is small, but all the usual things and products are present for me. It is clean, all the shelves are full, all the products are laid out neatly. On weekdays there were very few people, there were no queues. This market is closest to my home, so I plan to visit this market.”
“I started using this pharmacy during the Adderall shortage. I had become increasing frustrated with the grueling process of calling around to multiple bigger chain locations and still never finding my ADHD medication in stock. I decided to try a small pharmacy that would hopefully have more reliable stock of my medications. Union Square did not let me down. This place is a hidden gem. First of all, it's not nearly as busy as other pharmacies I've been too. At my last pharmacy, I would frequently have to wait a half hour in line and getting people on the phone was near impossible. Not the case here. The staff is not only available, they are also kind, helpful, communicative and thorough. Since it's a smaller location, every step of the medication buying process feels more personalized. The only downside is that they sometimes have my prescriptions on back order. However, when this has happened, the medication has come in within a few days. As long as you plan ahead, this shouldn't cause too much of an issue. Highly recommend this location, especially if you've been disappointed with your experiences at larger pharmacies.”
“The best compounding pharmacy I’ve used! I had to mail in my prescription to them from my doc. I was getting worried they didn’t receive it as I was getting very low on my medication. They are always very prompt sending texts and emails when it is processed. I called and they literally just received the prescription I mailed 2 1/2 weeks ago! They were amazing!! He first put it in for priority status since I didn’t have many left and then transferred me to the pharmacist to discuss my concerns. Michelle was polite and understood my concerns. She came up with a plan with how many I had left in case I ran out. Then she took the time to fill it right then and there so it would be shipped out that day instead of the normal 5 days!! I am so grateful I will receive it before I run out. She was so accommodating to my plight and set my mind ease! From customer service to the pharmacist they were all top notch, Thank you!!!!”

“Absolutely wonderful compounding pharmacy! We were in a pinch trying to get some medication to prevent altitude sickness for our daughters for a last minute trip to the mountains from TX. I called several places and everyone (in TX and Denver) that I tried said 3-5 days. Coast to Coast said absolutely and filled it in a couple hours. So appreciative of their speed, caring customer service, and knowledgeable staff. Also, their storefront is darling and well stocked with all kinds of OTC supplements and information and niceties.Thanks again Coast to Coast! Wish y’all were in TX too so we could use y’all regularly!”

“Omg! Find the free sample machine in the frozen section! Also use your scan and go in the app.! They have the best meat too! Hot pizza for $9! Pops are .89 and dessert frozen yogurt under $2! You can use your Walmart or Sam's card for purchasing. Best store ever!”

“For your holidays or during your holidays if you shop here expect the minimalist customer service the last time I came to this location and shopped for a few things in my beautiful morning the as it was I was not recognized as a customer or human being the clerk tending me turned her back while she had a conversation with another person employee about some garbage in a plastic bag that what I overheard did not fit whatever it is she was talking about did not greet me did not speak to me did not accnoulage me for any reason. “Lots to say here but I'm a fan for life. My most recent purchase was a Lenovo Laptop that was sold on line at more than $100 less than regular retail. I also recommend their car purchase program. Myself and girlfriend have purchased two Mercedes Benz sedans through the program and both were awesome buying experiences. If interested, just go and check it out. We will only buy cars through Costco from now on. It's a no hassle process where you: pick the vehicle you want, set a dealer search distance that you want, (we choose 100 miles to see what was available and pricing}. You receive the quotes or bids from the dealerships, and you make the call from there. No calls no hassles. You pick the vehicle you want and go and pay and pick it up. You agree to the sale, bring the paperwork and drive off with your car. NOTE: there are no negotiations. The price quoted is the price you pay. Know that in advance. You may get several offers to select from and you proceed from there. I would suggest once you pick the vehicle you want, select the biggest search distance you can to get the best price. Sadly, I may still love the pizza as much or more as the car :). Seriously , checkit out. Recommend 100% Get a pizza too. Note: my experiences were in Southern California. I have not gone through the process here in Denver but will when the time comes.”

It really does make a HUGE difference when you're sick, need meds, but have no voice, or lack the energy to deal with a pharmacy line, the wait, and being out in public sick.
