“The 5 stars are for staff members Swan and Dan at the Quest on 601 E Hampden. The last 2 times a resident from our facility went in for a blood draw, the doctor's order for the tests hadn't been sent in advance. Both times, Swan bent over backwards to ensure that the draw could happen and the blood tests performed. She took the time to make calls to providers to get the authorization and identify the types of tests our resident needed. Dan was as wonderful and gentle with our resident as anyone could ask. Their efforts are really appreciated.”

“If you need testing done and have the ability to choose where, don’t look anywhere else! Feels so much homier than other testing facilities and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Belinda is super friendly, she answered a few questions I had before going in. When I went in, I met her and Isaiah and they both just seem like good, genuine and caring people. Isaiah was awesome. He was very nice and knowledgeable, helped me through the process and made it as pleasant as that type of situation can possibly be lol. Good spot and great people!”

“The technician was pleasant and cordial. She was very efficient in doing my paperwork and putting me through the drug test process (urine sample). I was in and out really fast.Yes, the hours are weird and not represented well on Google. Just give them a call before you plan to go or make an appointment online. Pretty quick and easy.I saw the 1-star reviews and almost changed locations... but I didn't change it and had a good experience at this location!”

“MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I was in and out in 20 mins! I hadn’t gotten blood work in a few years and was super nervous around needles (I have passed out before). I mentioned this and the technician was so sweet and talked to me the whole time, and gave me the option to move to a lay down bed instead of a chair. I didn’t catch her name but she had pink and purple hair and was so kind!”

Darcey was the phlebotomist who attended to me, and she was both pleasant and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and her expertise was evident in how smoothly everything went. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I would definitely recommend Quest Diagnostics for anyone in need of lab services.”

“Made an appointment for noon using the Labcorp website after my doc referred me. Checked in on my phone using the email they send me after stopping at the nearby Starbucks. Sat and read in my truck, headed up to the little office after getting a text in about a half hour. Good thing, too -- only about eight chairs in a waiting room the size of my home office, with no overflow seating in the hallway where some folks were just leaning and playing on their phones. I was in a chair by 12:15 and out sans some blood by 12:20. Quick, painless, efficient. Will be going to the Broadway location next time because this one's temporarily closed at time of writing this: Dec. 10 2023.”
“Went here for a pre-employment drug screening. Located on the second floor. Elevator is available. Made the appointment online. Was able to check in from a text on my phone without having to use the kiosk at the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appointment was fast and clearly explained. Note the hours in the pictures posted. Drug screenings are only done Monday through Fridays. They also take walk-ins and they were open on a Federal Holiday.”
“I can't say enough good things about Mile High Medical Services. I needed blood work done for an upcoming doctor's appointment, but it's a big chunk out of my work day to go to the lab and I'm avoiding COVID-19 exposure as much as possible. Their nurse came to my home (twice now), drew my blood on the couch, and it took maybe 15 minutes. It costs $45 to have them come out, but it's well worth it to me, considering the hassle of going to the lab and the time lost from work. The nurses are warm and kind, highly skilled and efficient, and they didn't have a problem with my uncooperative veins. I hope they're around for a long time!”

“The gentleman at the counter was very nice. He was very prompt and helpful. I can see why some people would interpret him as a grumpy old man but if you just scratch a little the surface he is a really cool guy. He's the only one open on Saturdays so thank you very much. I was the only one there so zero wait at 10:00am. I recommend this establishment and also that you don't judge a book by its cover”
“I went on a Friday (my second time at this location) and there was a line. The receptionist was working efficiently and checking in people using both computers. Everyone was super polite. Honesty it wasn't as bad as the reviews tell. Everyone was very friendly. Come in knowing you might have to wait and bring a good attitude. You might be amazed at the difference in experience. It is difficult to get an appointment but they are working to get people through as fast as is humanity possible.”
