“I'm telling you right now, this is unequivocally the "BEST" pawnshop in all of Denver. I purchased a new Lenovo Gaming computer to run my high-speed Blackjack simulations for my book, "Dynamic Blackjack" and it was $400 less than EZ Pawn wanted for there's. When I went to look at the same computer at EZ Pawn, they plugged it in and it didn't even work!!!!Thank God, because it put me on the oddesy to keep surching for the same computer. “Talk about life savers! Just got ripped off at EZPawn down the road, so I decided to come here. the two ladies working this morning were amazing! Super friendly, informative, and reassuring. They answered all my questions and took the time to test the system for me. I got a PS4 with extra chords, a controller, and two games for the exact same price as the clearly busted bait and swap ezpawn sold me. I would highly recommended this shop to anyone. Definitely not what comes to mind when you think pawn shop.”

“I have been coming to this place for good 10yrs now. I also goes to other branches across town to find good deals. So far, this place is the best. Obi is such a wonderful guy & very nice. The nicest I have ever encounter in all EZ Pawn I have been too. Very considerate, kind & understanding. He doesnt have any room for rudeness. Wish all employees are like him. One of a kind. Being a nurse, I always appreciate people that have kindness in their hearts. The owner should praise him for doing a great job. I encountered a very nice person name Brittany a couple days ago. Very nice & professional. Helped me with ease. This kind of person should be the one working here since not all of them that work in this place are nice & with empathy. There are few rude & disrespectful. Hats off to Obi & Brittany”

“I've been looking for a case for my SG style guitar for a while. I happened to mention that to a friend & she suggested checking the First Cash Pawn on Federal. I stopped there on Jul 3rd. Monita was bringing in a bicycle (near closing time). I told her that I was looking for a guitar case & I described the guitar. She went in the back & found one that looked like it might fit.I also found a cool little Fender Frontman 15G home practice amp. The price had been reduced 2 times. Great deal on that little jewel. I put down $20 to layaway both items.I returned Jul 5th to finish paying for the items. They were very busy. After a short wait, Alex helped me get checked out. I brought my guitar & the case was a perfect fit! I also brought a cord so I could test the Fender amp. It worked just fine.While waiting, I looked at their jewelry. I'm far from an expert, but their stuff was better than other shops I visited on the guitar case quest.So, Monita & Alex earned my 5-star review. They treated me like a regular. Recommend this First Cash. I will shop there again.”
