I have my dog, North with me and the staff remember his name, give him treats..he's actually excited to go down into the lobby! 402 W Mountain Ave, Fort Collins“We've utilized The Edwards House for larger events and for regular monthly small business chapter meetings, and the experience is always the same...GREAT! Abbie and her team do a superb job to ensure that every detail is spot-on and taken care of...and on the rare occasion when things aren't perfect, they own it immediately and make it more perfecter than you'd ever hoped. ;) Seriously though, nobody will treat you better than Edwards House for your important events.”
“I really wish I could rate this beautiful place higher, but alas, they only allow me five stars. Kelsey, the owner of Fernweh, is an incredibly lovely human. All of her staff are incredible as well. I felt incredibly safe there. I so wish that I had another excuse to patronize the place again, but I do not, as I now live in Fort Collins. It is also located in a beautiful part of Fort Collins. And not far at all from lovely Old Town. I absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Interactions with the guests was also top-notch. And Kelsey tells the guests about local events happening, such as the fun Tour De Fat that happens yearly here. She even has bikes that the guests can use to ride around town.”

4715 S Timberline Rd, Fort Collins“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew did a great job keeping up with the all the guests. Very impressed with them. The room was clean, large, and comfy. Lobby was clean. Pool (salt water) was clean and the water was warm. Needed a hot tub, though. Front desk had coupons to local restaurants was a huge plus!Parking on the weekend after 4 was tough because of the restaurants nearby. Also… the north side rooms that overlook Texas Roadhouse have to deal with restaurant noise until 1030-1130 each night.”
“Wonderful stay, Saul was very helpful and just a wonderful person overall. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. Service was very fast when requesting items. Great overall experience and would stay again!”

1415 Oakridge Dr, Fort Collins“I enjoyed three nights here with my family. The shower is lovely, the rooms are large, the price is pretty nice and everything is clean. Also, the hot tub and pool are really nice.”
“We were there in November and loved this hotel! It's conveniently located to "Old Town," which is where I wanted to be. Our first point of contact, when checking in, was Kevin. It takes him a minute to warm up, but by the end of checking in, he was great! He even took time to come outside and show us exactly where to go to get to our room. The room was great with no issues at all. Our next point of contact was Ambrosia, who was running the breakfast area. She was so friendly and told us about some places to check out while we were in Fort Collins. Plus, she knew damn well we were putting some of the "good muffins" (individually wrapped) in our pockets to be eaten later. She just smiled both days that we did it and put more out. Both these individuals deserve raises or, at the very least, an all expense shopping trip to the Green Dragon. We're returning in a couple of weeks. Get the muffins out and ready! ?”
“I've had the best experience all of the times that I have stayed here! Everyone is so polite and very nice. Yes, you have to put down a deposit when you pay for your room but it is cleaned everyday and the grounds are always nicely maintained. That is a very big plus for me and my OCD! ?”

1200 Oakridge Dr, Fort Collins“I stayed here for work and it's pretty good for its price. I had a single King bed with a sofa in it and it was fine. The wallpaper by the AC/heating unit was peeling a bit, but it didn't bother me. The bathroom was clean and worked out fine. Service was fine, got support from the lobby staff and they hooked up water bottles when I requested them. The best place about this is its location to food and other things you may need if you are staying here for work. Gib's across the street is good for coffee and there's other local and franchise food nearby.”
“Super clean quiet rooms and hotel. solid water pressure in the shower and sink. Had a suit and the big tub was nice jets worked great. Great service everyone was super friendly. Only negative and is wasn’t really a big negative but the breakfast was a little light not many options for drinks and ”
“Clean. Nice staff. Wish there was breakfast and I wish there was a pool, but it is decently safe. There is a dennys and Waffle House both within walking distance to the hotel. So that is good. Quiet.Rooms: Quiet. Clean. Unassuming.Nearby activities: Kinda in an industrial area. Not so walker friendly but not out of the question.Safety: Moderately safe. Better watched than the surrounding motels.Walkability: Restaurants right here.Food & drinks: Dennys and Waffle House close to here.Noteworthy details: Right off the freeway.”
“Pretty clean and quiet. Few carpet stains and pretty nice furniture. No breakfast was served and because of the snow was quite annoying to get in and out of. The nearest intersection was atrocious (with or without snow).”
“Awesome hotel with cool bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.Nearby activities: Great shopping, dining, and places to check out.Walkability: Super walkable!”
