“Great store, a good variety of their name brand outdoor apparel. Had a good sale when I was there, I got boots that are so comfy along with other winter gear. I suggest parking in the lot behind the store near Panera, ample parking is available and there is a walkway between the Library and Panera that you can walk thru and then turn left and the Columbia store is right there. Parking in front is on a busy thru street and can be tricky. I highly recommend this store, I will definitely be back!”
“To me, one of the best ways to evaluate a company is how they deal with problems. I recently purchased a trailer and after about six weeks I noticed, for the first time, that there was some damage. I took the trailer in and explained the situation. Within a few minutes, Julie the manager, met with me and agreed that the damage was likely to have been there when I bought the trailer. She told me that she would contact the companies representative and get back to me. Before I even got home, she called me and asked me to bring the trailer back so that they could replace the part. Just great service!”
“Amazing boutique store in downtown Alpharetta. Stopped in while traveling for work, and the selection of apparel, accessories, etc was fantastic. The staff was super sweet and welcoming! Just all around a great customer service and shopping experience. I'll be back next time I'm in town!”

“This location has great selection and while it can get busy, the lines are never overwhelming. The aisles are organized, clearance is always full of options, and the manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any front end issues. I love their shoe donation program too!”

“Stopped in a week or so ago for jeans and a few cute tops for a work trip the girl who helped me was fantastic, I am so bummed I didn’t get her name but truly the best! Stopped in again today and Melissa was so helpful in finding a pair of jeans I felt confident in and gave a few tip on how to style the jeans in different seasons. “?While It definitely isn't affordable as a Ross, nor even TJ Maxx, but still it does have volumes of posh labels and the best MOST ?expensive, as well as, the MOST fashionable brands that are seen over on down the models Runway in New York, Paris, or London. Furthermore they are most certainly less expensive than the Main American Mall department stores, but personally I would perfer choosing to only buy from this retailer online as the selection is nearly infinite compared to what I find at my local storefront, and also I can't forget to mention their online pricing is much more competitive due to the necessity of being in retail in this modern era, and this store is continuing to thrive, so hopefully y'all continue doing what's right by your employees, and most importantly your customers, and we will and return come and buy that, or for the ladies an expensive designer dress ”
“I went in the store just to browse and ended up walking out with 304$ worth of shoes and socks. They have a pretty decent selection of shoes, boots and sandles, but the service is what really sets this place apart from the others.The two ladies behind the counter are a hoot. They are obviously best friends and enjoy their jobs. They coached me on what socks to buy/wear with which shoes and gave me some tips on how to break in and wash a few pairs of shoes I purchased. I'll be back for sure.”
“Had a very great experience with this store yesterday. I had tried more than 10 pairs of shoes and no one stopped me. Instead, Mosies, the associate was very helpful and demonstrated a welcoming attitude, took initiative to come ask if he could of any help, he helped me to look up relevant information on the store website.When I came across some issues with the membership, Sean M, the assistant manager was very professional and helpful in answering my questions as well.I am impressed with their good attitude. It’s totally different from what was mentioned on the website before.”

“Best place in town to find decent shoes for kids at a good price. Every time we come, we are amazed by how low our total is.I rarely shop in the clothes as we aren't really a sporty family, but my husband has found some nice yoga pants here for pilates. And we can usually find something on sale or clearance.We've found sizes in sneakers that are harder to find for my kids (they are both in that weird stage between youth and adults). We even found some relatively inexpensive specialty shoes like ones for indoor soccer. My favorite place to buy sneakers!”

“While we didn't find what we were looking for this time around, we have come here a few times in the past and have been able to find shoes that my daughter was happy with. This time the styles they had in stock just did not jive with what she was hoping for. The store is clean and laid out nicely. They do have a good selection of shoes to look at. The staff was friendly and helpful. we will be back! but probably not until next year when we are looking for shoes for school again!”
