“We had excellent service for our generator. I I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment on Monday afternoon. Our appointment was at 1pm, they took the RV back at about 12:45. The whole thing diagnostic to completion took less than 2 hours and in our case was covered by warranty. The tech taught us some quick diagnostic things we could do to avoid coming back unnecessarily. And showed us how to adjust the choke as well as gave tips for maintenance. I would absolutely recommend them. They went the extra mile for us. They also allowed us to plug in while we waited for our appointment time.I can’t say enough good things about the tech’s customer relations, he really took the time to go through everything with us. They are dog friendly. Clean office, clean restrooms. I would send my grandmother there if she needed something done that they could do.”
