“I feel like I have my own, personal shopping assistant every time I’m at Apricot Lane in Lakewood. The staff is consistently friendly, extremely helpful (but not pushy at all). My favorite is Leanea. She has helped me with picking out items for family photos, a wedding, and other events. She is sweet & honest, which I need when picking out clothes. Love her! And I always find so many cute things here. Whoever is the buyer does a fantastic job. Organized & great variety!”

“I am in love with this store. I went a couple weeks ago because I needed a bra and I am a bigger chested woman and it's impossible to find a bra that's the perfect fit even at VS. I was Google searching a good place to find a bra for big chested women and Torrid was the first actual store to popped up aside from online stores (which seriously never work out). The lady working was so nice so helpful and even was able to do measuring and fitting for you. The bra I got was perfect! Fit everything into place just right and super comfortable! And it was on sale so I only paid 27 bucks for it but the original price is 60 which is no different from VS so it's totally worth it! They also have Torrid cash which if you ever been to Kohls is like the same thing only better with better deals! When you sign up you get a free pair of panties and a bunch of other coupons and the cash adds up for later shopping and it's free! If you have a hard time finding a bra due to size I highly suggest checking out. They also have Great jeans!”
“I come here a couple of times a year to get my “favorite” t shirts. Usually most of the store is on sale and on this visit many things were 60% off. And I have to say they have the nicest sales clerks who go out of their way to be friendly at checkout. They fold my purchases so nicely that I don’t need a bag. The store is nice and clean as well. It’s the only store I’m interested in, in this particular mall, Colorado Mills.”
“One of my all time favorites I only buy my clothes from here and a select few other stores ! The prices are high sometimes and the product is usually worth it clothing wise my daughter loves the makeup and everything else , I end up spending a couple hundred every time it never fails LOVE ME SOME HOT CASH ? “Clothes are always amazing and fit great. But please please for the love of god American eagle don’t use Ontrac for shipping anymore. I’ve had to many issues with trying to get a hoodie I ordered and trying to get ahold of anyone thru that company is near to impossible. They r the absolute worst delivery service out I’ve ever had to deal with. Please stop using their “service”.”

“Had a positive experience ordering my favorite slate 502 pants. One associate checked the label on my own and applied a good discount. The young woman who assisted me was cool. Cute, too. Would come back if Colorado Mills was closer. I absolutely love these pants for work and for casual use. She made my day and has a great smile.I didn’t get her name, but she’s the one with the brown boots and the long red-ish, brunette hair.”

Talk about customer service....they found some jeans that I really wanted and that were on the best rack in the whole store......that clearance rack is my heart! Get this, because I'm unable to get to the Colorado Mills Mall they are transferring them to the Aurora Town Center.”

The customer service was TOP NOTCH! I was helped by Isa & Kathleen and they really helped me out!
