“Every time I've gone to Delco in Louisville Colorado, angry because either my car doesn't work, or my PIN number. I've realized each time that the issue was mine, or my error and not monitoring my account. And each time I've been greeted with nothing less than the friendliest courtesy, and the best customer service that one can expect. Sandra and Matthew in Louisville are a great example of what I mean. I was in and out in 17 minutes after closing and reopening another account and making a payment on a third. You can't beat that service.”

“I've been a Wells Fargo banking customer for about 8 years (and have had their VISA credit card much longer), and I have always gotten good service online, by mail, and by telephone. This is my local branch and I've always gotten good service here too. Most commonly I drive through the ATM, but occasionally I'll use the drive-up windows or come inside. In-person service here has always been friendliy and efficient, and lines are usually short or none. One gotcha with Wells Fargo is that if you need anything unusual (that the teller can't provide), like opening an account or wiring money, you need to make an appointment to see a banker. Happily this is easy to do online. This is a tiny branch and they don't offer all services. For more unusual items, like Medallion signature guarantees or foreign currency purchases, I have to go to the Garden Center (Midway) branch in Broomfield. I've always gotten good service there too.”
