“My husband and I both went to this location for an oil change on a Sunday 04/27/24 early morning as we could expect a busy day. My husband was greeted by Joseph(possibly Joe/Joey) who was prompt, respectful and professional. He took care of my husband and despite me still waiting in another bay, he moved vehicles around to ensure I was taken care of promptly and in customer order. He could have easily made me wait as another customer lined up but he did the honest and courteous thing.We will definitely be going back to that location for that reason. Thank you!!”

“On December 1 I took my car for an oil change at 88th Washington location. Last night I got a warning that I had low oil. I myself put 2 quarts in to get home safely. I stoped at the one on 88th to have them look at it/fix. They looked at the dipstick and said it was a gasket. Never looking under my car. This morning I stop here to get a second look because we were able to see the leak was from the filter area of the car. They were so nice and extra helpful. To find out no it was gasket and the filter was on right. Thank you for fix a problem you didn’t do. I will bring my car back here again because they went the extra mile to help out.”

“I’ve been going to grease monkey for a while now , a few times now at least for oil changes and for some other things and never disappointed! A couple weeks ago i was running late for work and the night before I couldn’t find a working air pump so I took a chance and stopped by our new G M on 120th I asked if they can please help fill my tires and they did it with a smile ? even showing concern for how low my front one was.Today I got my routine oil change, they helped me out with a headlight (I had been asking my dad for months) so it’s nice they were able to do it so fast and easy for me, after leaving I went across the street to King soopers and ace hardware and my car completely shut down at ace of course I panicked and called right away and asked about it and thankfully the gentleman was able to drive across the street and help me out he explained I had a little corrosion on my battery and while changing the light they might’ve knocked some around I asked if I would have to replace and he said soon but to let it charge up a little by keeping it on so I did and had no other problems all day/ night I’m truly blown away by the respect and customer service I have received. Thank you guys so much!! YOU’RE ALL AWESOME , 2 different crews, two different experiences , two different times, all around amazing vibes! You know how to pick them GREASE MONKEY ??”

“I came to Walmart for an oil change, made my appointment online via the app. I showed up got checked in and was told I would receive a phone call when it was ready. About 45 minutes later after doing a bit of shopping at the store I showed up to pick up my car and pay for my service. At that time I was told that the service was cancelled because the oil filter that was currently in my vehicle was not on their shelf to be able to be replaced at the time of service. I was told that I would need to purchase the oil filter and bring it with me the next day and that I would be accommodated for the inconvenience. I showed up the next day with my oil filter and even though there was a misunderstanding and it turned out that they did have the oil filter that was needed the manager Jeffrey kept his word and compensated for the trouble. I will be returning to this store for future services. Thank you Jeffrey for coming through with your promise it's really refreshing to know that there are still people of their word out in our current world.”
