“The Xfinity store location in Wheatridge CO is my preferred location. I mistakenly received a TV box from Xfininity. I returned it same day to the Belmar store location (Alaska Dr.). The Belmar store location had failed to remove the cost of this TV box from my bill until I discovered this error 11 months later. While the Belmar location reimbused my account for only 3 months without an apology (after the issue was discussed with the Management at this location); the Wheatridge Assistant Manager (after discussing the issue with me) reimbursed my account in full and apologized for the issue on behalf of Xfinity (even though his store location had nothing to do with the issue). Thank you.”
