“Had an easy & seamless experience with the staff here at U-Haul Groton! (Forgot her name, I’m sorry,) but our girlie at the front desk was super helpful & encouraging when I picked up my truck! Gave me the confidence I needed to drive it lol! And also shoutout to Mike when we dropped off the truck! Unfortunately the check engine light came on during my move, but no problem, it happens (get the safe move insurance, trust me, $15 is worth it.) The lowest quote I could get from movers was upwards of $600 for moving a one bedroom apartments worth of stuff, fully packed and ready to go, out of a storage unit. Yuck! Screw it, lemme drive the boat, I got this. And I did. Saved myself a lot of money on a local move. Was definitely a little more stressful, but it was worth it in the long run! And girlies: you got this. You can drive the truck!!!!!!”

Elisabeth was extremely helpful and sweet. She made sure to make my renting experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. The facility itself is the cleanest and well-maintained I've seen. Great experience overall.”
