“In the past 5 months I've bought 2 mattresses and 2 adjustable bases they have great deals at the right times I sleep so much better now they threw in a bunch of free sheets and pillows also the people were totally on with my service dog being with me which was nice he is small and didn't get on any of the beds though”

“Duxiana beds are the best! My husband and I have slept on a Dux bed for the past 30 years, and we also have them in our guest rooms. Everyone always raves about how comfortable they are and what a great night’s sleep they had.The excellent quality of the Duxiana product is matched by the outstanding sales advice and service provided by David Cohen, the owner of the Boca Raton store. We have worked with David for the past 11 years, and he is unfailingly personable, helpful and quick to find a solution should a problem arise.And the service does not end with the sale. When we moved two years ago, movers broke one of the legs on our king bed, and David over nighted a replacement leg to us. More recently we purchased a Dux Dynamic King, and David drove from Boca to our home in south Miami to personally oversee the installation.As with all Dux products, we are delighted with the Dynamic King and its comfort and flexibility, and I am especially happy my husband no longer snores (and hopeful he will not read this).”

“Writing this not as a customer, but as a former employee that worked here since we first opened to the day of our closing. This place was my first job, and it had both its high and low points. What most people don't realize is that this location is franchised, and thus both our return policy and warranties are something that's much harder to honor in store due to Cariloha Corporates' lack of support for their franchises.Although I have some critical thoughts on the company itself, I do still believe in the quality that goes into this product. If you ever hate the brand, then choose to hate the company and not the stores that sell it specifically.It's been a pleasure working here, and for anyone reading this have a wonderful day.”

Gary sent me a text message asking how he could help.I told him in a text message the complete story of what transpired with the store with the shipping of the table that was canceled.Within hours he resolved the problem, and I was issued the proper credit from the store.. Modani Furniture Should use Gary as the benchmark of how Customer Service should be.Over the years, I have purchased numerous items from Modani And I’m sure now with the work Gary did, I will be back purchasing more.”
