“I don't frequent this branch often as I moved further away from it, but I was a victim of identity theft and the representatives of this branch were diligent and communicative. When someone impersonated me at this location with an ID stolen years ago, the staff were suspicious, called me, and in the end, did not allow a stranger to cash a fraudulent check in my name. Thank you Karen and Carlos for following your instincts!I can't say the same for another Chase branch further north that, within two days, allowed maybe the same person to cash the same check that later bounced and was then withdrawn from my account. You gotta find the good Chase branches and the one on Ponce is a good one.”

“Genuinely don't understand why this place has such a low rating. Decided to finally leave a review but I come here to exchange for euros when I go visit my friends in Spain. There has never been a line. The ladies I've always gotten have been perfectly friendly. I'm in and out in 5 minutes everytime. And I've only ever paid the 3$ flat fee. The biggest trouble I've ever had, and this is just nitpicking at this point its really wasn't even a problem, was when I came during the lady's lunch break once so it was closed. But I didn't even have to wait 10 minutes before she came up the sidewalk to clock back in and open up. Done in a few minutes and went on my merry way this place is perfectly fine. You give them money, you get money. I don't know, maybe I've just been lucky every time I've gone. No complaints from me.”

“This Wells Fargo Branch has limited garage parking, but usually can find a place to park in garage where it is free for customers. Street parking is almost none for this small branch. Employees are generally very helpful and friendly. During COVID-19 pandemic this branch is temporarily closed. There are other Wells Fargo branches in downtown Coral Gables on Ponce de Leon Blvd.”

Key here is to pay with your capital one card so you can really see the benefits, if you don’t have one, Starbucks is better, since you will be paying the same for a better coffee Quiet enough to even have meetings on. Some charge stations. Plenty of tables and seats and very comfy couch ?️. Coffee is ok, not the best but is good enough for a bank . Staff is friendly and willing to clear out any questions on their cards or banking services. For those confused this is not a bank branch , is just a coffee shop. Internet signal is not good but you can connect through xfinity which is not better either but you could also use your phone. I do recommend this place to work or do anything on the computer while drinking coffeeParking: Try to walk here.
