“We visited for the first time yesterday afternoon around 3pm. The cafe looked great but we didn't get a chance to taste anything this time. We just needed to use a capital one ATM. I did everything right but at the end, it said that the transaction was unsuccessful. I asked the lovely people at the cafe for an ambassador for assistance and they found a wonderful lady to assist me. I'm sorry that I didn't write down her name. She said that it may just be the ATM and to try another one there. We went over to another ATM there and it worked with her assistance. She made sure that everything was okay before we left.”
“Just when I thought customer service doesn't exist anymore, I walked into the Delray Marketplace branch of Chase, yesterday. More importantly, not only did I have $0 deposited in Chase when I walked in, but shortly after I was greeted by Aniqua, she learned that I would not be depositing any money in the future. My point is that despite these facts, Aniqua made me feel like the most important customer in all of Chase Bank. Additionally, unlike my current bank, Aniqua was extremely knowledgeable and knew answers to every question I asked. Finally, unlike my current bank, Chase is properly staffed and I did not have to wait to have my questions answered. She introduced me to the manager, Deborah, who also made me feel like I was a valued customer.Simply put, Chase is, by far, the most customer friendly bank I've experienced in South Florida.”
“I feel so bad for the manager on 1/2/24. None of the tellers came in for work today. Guests were obviously upset and for most she really couldn’t help unfortunately. Most were upset, and probably rightly, but she did her very best to inform and help where she could. That said, she was able to help me out of a jam and I appreciate her. Leaders in the service industry who are left in those situations have it the toughest this time of year. As someone who’s been in a similar situation leading restaurants I know how terrible of a day these ones can be. She was doing everything she could in the face of lord of negativity. Kudos to you ma’am. Reddish haired nice lady. Deserves a raise!”

He brags on the super high interest rates, being able to use his debit card at every Publix - free of charge, their nummy hot chocolate, tea, water, & even Dunkin Donuts coffee (he* gets for me), no monthly bank fees (statements emailed - not mailed), polite helpful employees, & quaint bright credit union locations! Kevin says, "the CEO of iThink Financial is doing everything great!!!”

“For me, this bank is a whole different level of superb service. Susana opened my account a month or two ago and mentioned that if I need a cc, they have one offering no interest for 18 months. I told her that I'd need one for a balance transfer by the 12th of next month. So I called two days ago, and asked her how to apply. She sent me a security code to pass, followed by an application on my phone app. I filled it out in less than a minute and approximately one minute later I received an approval for $6K, along with instructions on how to transfer my balance. This is the fastest bank I've worked with in a long time. Their service is impeccable. Edwin runs a tight branch and it really shows in their deep commitment to customer service! Thanks, guys.”
