Received defective product, plus now I have to pay another $40-$50 for shipping if I want to do a return. And the return will be rejected if item has been used, but how can you enforce that? with barber supplies you can only realize the issues after using them. Will not shop here again and won’t advise anyone to waste their money or time

Ordered a wig on Amazon through this seller ( Joe’s). The wig arrived with the lace ripping. The entire wig was shredded. They refused to give me a full refund for their defective merchandise. They tried to scam me for the full amount that I paid. Do not purchase here!
