“I was looking for a store to sharpen garden tools and called around to many stores. Oceanway Hardware was recommended. I called and received a competitive price. It took me a week to visit and I’m glad I did! This really nice, tall gentleman (Raymond-owner) walked out and made us feel welcomed. He listened to what we needed and his brother had my tools sharpened in about 10 to 15 mins. As we were waiting for tools to be sharpened, Raymond engaged us in a wonderful conversation on the history of the hardware store. The customer service we experienced was excellent and we plan on visiting again along with recommending to our friends!”

“I came to this ACE to look for an orchid and I ended up with a big ceramic pot. Everyone is so kind and always eager to help. However, I have to give Ethan in the pottery department a lot of credits for his patience. I came back after an hour of purchase and exchange my planter pot for an another. He didn’t give me a hard time about the exchange and even help me pick and pair the pots. He was so kind and patience with me, so I ended up buying a set of 3 big ceramic pots and 6 bags of soil.”

They have a Stihl service tech on-site and his name is Roby. He showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it up as if it were brand new again.
