“I enjoy living here. It’s a very peaceful area and great for families with young children since there’s tons of parks and events. The farmers market is right across the street on Sundays! Maintenance responds quickly and the prices are more affordable than other apartments in the area. It is an older building but newly renovated so all vinyl wood floors, new appliances, and granite countertops.”
“Maintenance seems to be a very slow process here. Management is certainly no friendly. This is a place with a lot of rules as everything on every building has to look the same.”
