“The location is just perfect. Being inside the hotel is very convenient. The person in charge of the location was patient and always willing to assist answering all my questions. The handling of the documents such as my passport, foreign driver's license and credit card was nice. The cars offered are in good condition, like brand new.”
“Overall the rental process was great. The only knock was getting a 16ft truck instead of the 12ft I had reserved. The rep that helped me in Maitland, cannot remember his name, was excellent. When I was leaving I remembered a coupon I had gotten from my realtor & he was able to apply it after the fact. Much appreciated. No service or truck issues. Tip: the Maitland location is inside of a Sheraton hotel. There is a budget/avis in the lobby area.”
