“This place has great Exotic Cars in Miami Beach and I believe it's the only Exotic Car Rental place on the beach all the other companies make you drive all the way to a random warehouse. I rented from them a few times, but this past time was exceptionally a great experience. They just launched a new app and I was able to receive one day freeand recommend dealing with Alekis”

“The Manager Tate is an amazingly helpful guy. They helped me with everything - getting a temp vehicle, car seat for baby and then upgrading me to Mustang next morning. They called me morning to let me know that they kept aside Mustang for me and also let me by pass the queue since I already had enrolled for the vehicle. Thank for making it swift and easy.”

“Car rented on Rentalcars. Once we arrived and waited about 5 minutes we signed the ritual documents and left the expected deposit of $250. They didn't have the SUV model booked online but we were offered an electric model upgrade. We gave up and opted for a petrol sedan. The car was perfectly clean both internally and externally. It had some light bodywork scratches which I documented in a video for any possible complaints. Full tank. The return occurred quickly. Today two weeks have passed and the deposit on the credit card has been released. There were no unexpected charges. I reserve the right to update the review in the future in case of bad surprises. In any case, I can only leave 5 stars.”

“I had a great experience renting a car from this service through Costco. I think the Costco offers the best bang-for-the-buck for car rental and it proves itself again and again with the most aggressive pricing even in the busiest cities like New York Chicago Los Angeles.”
“Update: I was contacted by customer service and the issue was solved. I'm changing my evaluation to 4 stars.I received the car half tank and returned it half tank and was still charged an extra $58 after I was told that there won’t be any extra charges. When calling customer service, they asked for a photo of the fuel indicator to prove it. This is just very bad service. I had higher expectations from Avis.”
“We got lucky. I made reservation online 1/2 hour before picking up the car. This location is friendly, helpful and stress free. Only $67 for an SUV and a booster seat for my son + $23 gas + toll. I have the SUV for 24 hours. I put 130 miles on it. It would have costed me $500 Uber from Miami to multiple locations in Homestead and to Fort Lauderdale. We stayed at the Loews right across the street. There is Enterprise Car Rental inside Loews Hotel, right in the lobby area. Save your time, don't bother to try Enterprise.”
