“One of my favorite hotels ever! Ann at check in is so pleasant and thorough, she answered all of my questions and got us checked in easily. Tyler, Danny, Juice and Ian at the pool and beach were always ready to help. I'm so glad this stay solidified W South Beach as one of my favorite properties, despite being under Marriott now. “The only word to describe this hotel is wow! What a wonderful and pleasant time I had at the 1 hotel I checked in around 1 PM, and the room wasn’t ready but they took our bags and gave us access keys to the facility for the day until the room was ready Had a wonderful time at the beach with Loura and Jose with set us up on the beach. I asked for a cabana and they gave it to me a great spot an hour into our day and the hotel text me to inform me that my room was ready. I told them I was still at the beach and enjoying my day so they sent my bags up and gave me my room number and informed to download the 1 hotel app and linked my digital key so I could go and have access to room whenever I was ready so I can finish the day at the beach and went up to the room to my bags in the room waiting for me and the room I got a king size suite that was a maculate the cleanest room I ever been in I made reservations at the rooftop restaurant the food was a Japanese cuisine that was excellent after finishing I went to the lobby where I met Ruth that was so nice asked her if I can check out late since I had late flight the next day she gave me the room till 12pm and informed and help me book a shower room with concierge, so I can stay the day and enjoy the pool and beach for rest of the day I had a 4pm reservation where they gave me a room to shower and change with my family and get ready for my flight that night. What a great experience I had at this hotel I travel a lot and by far this, Hass to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and enjoy this place one more time. “Upon entry to the SLS pool party, I launched my sorry ass from the entry gate over to our designated lounge chair like a pinball exploding from it's spring. From that point on, all bets were off. I continued my pinball pattern of movement as I ricocheted around the party, taking in the smells and sounds of the party goers that filled the ambiance. I was so happy to be there that my pinball ass belly flopped onto the inflatable flamingo which earned me some serious street cred and a wave from the shy girl in the lounge chair across the way. I soon realized that the shy girl was none other than Grammy award winner Alicia Keys- I couldn't believe it. She was so calm cool and collected which made me feel like the disposable sock you try on at Payless. She was the stiletto of the party, and we were all hopeless Tim's. I digress- Ms. Keys took it upon herself to saunter over our way, her fedora never once wavering in the Florida wind. She was flawless. I was taking in her beauty at the same time that an SLS waiter came by with his ghostbusters backpack smoke machine. With a blast of SLS ghostbuster smoke, Ms. Keys disappeared into the Miami heat, making her exit just as mysterious as her entrance. I will never forget my SLS experience. If you're not at SLS, you're S.O.L.”

Although it kind of reminded me of a haunted movie theater with its design out of a time long gone, there was so much to love about its red interior and lovely chandeliers and comfy seats. “We booked a waterfront room through my Amex. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with no view at all and in the corner. I immediately had to go down and complain that this is not what we paid for, considering the price we paid. They did accommodate us up to the 10th floor, but we didn't get in that room until around 7 pm. I had put my best friend (dog) down the night before, so I was wanting stress free and head clearing type of a stay. Unfortunately we did have that hiccup. After we got into the room, it was nice. No complaints. The staff was great. I actually had my other dog with us bc she was very sad about losing her friend, too. Everyone was very accommodating to her also, and loved seeing her everywhere we went on property. Including at breakfast and in the lobby. Overall I'd recommend the hotel, but this was my experience this time”

“Great older building. Walk across the street to the beach. Tons of restaurants up and down multiple blocks. But, the check in area is also a restaurant. It is awkward to be waiting to check in with nice tables set all around you. The room was quaint, but the air conditioning capped out at about 70. The morning cleaners were very loud. I think they slammed the mop or broom into every door along the hall. This hotel is all about location in my opinion.”

“Great stay at the hotel. Rooms are bigger and service better than other properties we have stayed at on South Beach. Front desk staff in particular (Felipe & Audrey) were amazing and left an extremely positive memory for our stay. Pool is great and lots of room. “My best moment in Miami was at Nikki beach!We had taken the Bed with the all-you-can-eat formula. Positive point: The 20/20 staff takes great care.The food was incredible, everything was good (sushi, waffle, omelette...)The place is super well placed, you can swim peacefully in the sea and leave your belongings on the bed.Negative point :- Lack of information, no one told us that the formula was available until 4:00 p.m.- There is no swimming poolOn the other hand, preparing your wallet is not cheap, we got it for around €600 because of the taxes and the imposed tip.??”

“Room was beautiful at first glance but tired upon closer look. Customer service was lacking to put it nicely. Overall, Extremely disappointed in this property… The property itself is nice it’s in a good location, but the staff really made the stay subpar a lot of sitting around and waiting to be helped and to top it off the Valet dinged our rim pretty badly . Compared to other Saint Regis I’ve stayed at this isn’t worth it - We probably won’t be back .The St Regis Is known for excellent customer service going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. This is not the case at this hotel. Clearly there’s an issue with management and staff.”
