“I had not worked out in years and decided to make a change. I did my research and decided on ERA Fit Personal Training and was matched with trainer Giuseppe Baldasseroni. I have been thrilled with my progress over the last 5 months. With Giuseppe I went from being unable to squat at all to doing squats holding 20 lbs. I could not go up stairs without being winded and now I easily use the stairs. He has improved my posture. And, with his guidance I have lost weight and developed muscles !! Giuseppe is knowledgeable, personable and very patient. He is always changing up our workout routine. He gives me recommendations of workouts to do when I am not at the gym and offers diet advice. In addition, the gym is spotless and well-lit and has a very collegial atmosphere. I am a very satisfied client !!”

“Went to this gym while on vacation. Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Dumbbells up to 150. They have 3 squat racks and so many different machines for shoulders, chest, legs, etc. Perfect for any bodybuilder or anyone looking for a well equipped gym.”

“Very nice box — has all the standard CrossFit equipment, friendly reception, and they have free drop-in offering for the first timers. They let us workout in an open box for more than an hour so that was nice. My only complaint is that when I came there 2nd time the only drop-in option was $40 which seems a little excessive for when you only need to get a quick session in. I wish they had $20-30 open box option for an hour.”

“Definitely a premier CrossFit facility. From the friendly community, to the engaging coaches, you'll find yourself having a blast while getting a good workout in.Great job leading class Joseph! Regardless of where you were in the gym, I could hear you when you needed to make your global cues. You walked around giving everyone individualized cues as well to help correct their front squats form for the strength portion of class. The creative spin for the hollow hold to superman warm up for toes to bar was fun and challenging. You were also walking around and providing feedback and cues during the workout as well which is always nice to see. I was in my own little world afterwards so I missed if there was any cool down recommendations after the wod.The programming was good. Solid tempo work building up to something challenging. Then an increasing rep scheme for a couplet that was simple enough to keep track of but still aggressive into the later rounds kept it fun. It's nice to be able to find a tall bar to do toes to bar on without worrying that my feet will hit the floorThe facility has a ton of equipment you'd like to see in a CrossFit box. Skiergs, bikergs, ecobikes, Definitely enough to host larger classes. I don't think I ever have stopped and smiled while doing toes to bar before and that's partially due.Thanks for letting me drop in guys and oh, the shirts are sweet! Definitely hard to pick just one.”

“I was so happy when I found this place because I was looking for both spinning and boxing which were a must for me. Then I was encouraged to try the body training class and I LOVED IT. It’s a 45 min class that feels like 15 min. It’s super clean, and I also loved how all the women there are so nice, as well as the coaches, I got really good homey and positive vibes which can be hard to find in other gyms!”

“My first week has been great. It's felt good to be back in a box. There are numerous members from my old gym here. They've all made significant noticeable progress since coming here. The programming is thoughtful, and appears to push members regardless of how long they've been there. Meaning they continue to be challenged. It doesn't feel quite like home yet but I'm sure it will soon. ?”

“GRIT!!!!! One of my favorite gyms in the world (I travel a bit). The coaches, the community, the programming, the equipment, the space, the coaches, the people - in that order-ish. Strongly recommend this gym from beginners to advanced. That’s the best thing about this sport, you can have 0 training experience and still get hooked, still get strong, still shed pounds and 100% improve your mental and emotional health. “First time I dropped in for a class was 2018. 2019 I joined CrossFit Soul and fast forward 5 years later since l've been at this amazing box!Everyone was so welcoming and helpful in every aspect! It is not only motivating but inspiring by such incredible human beings. It is absolutely TOUGH but absolutely worth it! It definitely deserves more than 5 stars! This box is so iconic; from their amazingly talented athletes to their highly educated coaches.Every WOD whether you're the first one to finish or the last one the energy of support you get is on another level!They offer CrossFit classes, Soul Burn (cardio), Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Crossfit Kids, Nutrition program and much more! “F45 is amazing. In my opinion there is not better workout out there. I’ve worked out at several locations in the past, But nothing even comes close the staff at midtown. “I have been going to Megalit for almost 2 years—I came from a strict weightlifting background w/ some boxing for cardio and I can say that these lagree classes are THE BEST workout. I have been able to maintain my physique w/o picking up a weight or having a boring, mundane workout at the gym. I will say, I push myself very hard and make the class extremely challenging by manipulating the resistance. You can make this class as easy or as difficult as you want, it’s up to you. Sean and Fab are my absolute favorite instructors—encouraging and radiate great energy. I have also taken Alex’s class and very much enjoyed it. My flexibility has improved as well as my balance. I have found that lagree has improved my ability in other sports (skiing and horseback riding). The music is fun and I always feel great (and exhausted) after a class. Don’t give up, keep showing up. It will be humbling at first. Highly recommend!”

The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with questions or assistance. The Orange Theory templates and fitness model are great and all, but this studio is fun. They have lots of themed nights and events to engage the community.”

“Crank CrossFit is the best CrossFit I’ve been to!! The coaches are great, they have a nutrition bar, you’re allowed to do the WOD’s at your own pace which was very helpful for me. You’ll definitely see results and break a major sweat while enjoying a family atmosphere. We celebrate holidays and birthdays together which a plus!! “DBC is incredible. I started training with Joana Ortega because I had lower back pain that was starting to impact my mobility. Within a few weeks the back pain was gone and we were working on serious strength training. Instead of dealing with pain and limitation I was doing deadlifts, squats and heavy lifting and feeling amazing. My sessions with Joana were the highlight of my week and one of the things I miss most about living in Miami. The environment at DBC is also great - very welcoming but also intense and motivational. Highly recommend.”
