“I give this branch five stars, normally the branch I go to does not provide the customer service that I received at skylake. When I arrived I received a warm welcome and they were ready to help. I was assisted by Brenda one of the bankers and I have to say her service shows the years of experience she might have and her ability to connect with customers is unseen especially in these days . “I love this hidden gem. Walking through the door and being greeted like family by Mrs Maday Perez never fails to greet me by my name. Shows the same attention to everyone I have sent to her to open Cd's. As a brick and mortar location Popular gives the greatest Cd rates compared to my other bank BOA. The bigger Popular which takes time for someone to notice you. The tellers are always inviting and helpful at this location. I have a place in Hallandale Beach and drive right past the Aventura location. Journeying to Miami Gardens location. Which I hate driving lol. This says it all don't you think about the service!”
