“Definitely I want to give a big recognition to Dominic. He was very professional right when I enter he was there to assist me and what made it very special he saw my frustration and he literally said I’m going to take care of you. Don’t worry it’s gonna be fine. I stopped in because of the fact that I was losing air in one of my tires and I had went to a different shop and they told me that I had a piece of glass, which that was not the case. So Dominic said he will take a look at it and finally they came to see what was the problem and it was just a air leak coming from. Tire pressure monitoring system. Gotta fix and then they did an inspection on my vehicle and I needed to change my rotors and brakes and I decided to do the job here because of the fact that Dominic treated me and how honest he was with the whole situation. Going forward I will come here to do any maintenance that my vehicle needs and also recommend any of family members or friends that I have. I work in customer service business and I would definitely say he’s a he’s a keeper. so please make sure you guys give that recognition to Dominic and take care of him as a valuable employee for your organization.”

“I was in town visiting my boyfriend and on the way I popped a tired. Being in college on spring break I was not prepared to pay for a new tire. I stopped at another place in town and they were asking over $200 to replace the tire but I only needed something to get me back to Georgia. I called rite and Carlos was super polite over the phone and told me he would do his best for me. I pulled up and he was immediately ready to help. I told him the situation and he got me in and out for half the price with a great tire and made me, as a young girl, feel heard and respected the entire time. Carlos was extremely helpful the, wanted to make sure I was happy, and I he told me any time he can help, he will. I am now home safe thanks to Carlos and his shop. 10/10 such a good experience for something I really expected to ruin my day:)”
