We had a very bad experience at a different store here in Ocala. We went to another store in Silver springs shores to look at televisions. Our salesperson was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Okay let me say first that the staff here especially Jessica are awesome very professional and attentive to their customers. The Three stars in NO WAY applies to the staff. This applies to Corporate. Their prices are highway robbery. I don't have the luxury to go to a store and buy a computer so i figured leasing is going to be the next best thing. Well since i did not have much of a choice I did lease from them. However i returned it after about 6 months. The computer just did not work for what I needed it for. Like I said the staff is great. The prices not so much but thats how they get their money and thats how they hurt your wallet. So if you do not have choice they will help you out. However you will definitely pay WAY more than the item is worth.

We got a PS5 refurbished for our daughter for Christmas with a 55 inch TV bundle deal the PS five does not work. We’re pretty disappointed. We got a bunch of games for her to play and now we can’t play them.

It's a waste of time, they have you apply on a computer and you get denied don't even get a chance to do business because they use a judgment computer system to dictate who can and can't buy from here

Shows up at 9 am on a Saturday to talk to my husband. We live in a gated community and these workers just came in with no codes and just start banging down my door looking for my husband? Like who does that? The mob? Didn't even call through the front gate to let us know someone was here. Just showed up trespassing

I would highly suggest that anyone looking for a rent to own company, DO NOT RENT FROM AARON'S!!!!!!Not only are the staff members condescending towards their customers, but they are rude, unhelpful and do not follow up with any issues or problems you may have regarding them and their services.We have a refrigerator from them that stopped keeping the food cold and froze up on the freezer side. Called for service after I already attempted to defrost it to no avail. Had to argue with them to take it for repairs, to which when they finally did, they provided us with a roach infested loaner and it was full of roach droppings and dead roaches. I had to clean it before I could use it and I closed the door, opened it up and more roach droppings fell from the light fixture. Very disgusting.They kept our refrigerator for 3 weeks. Of course they were sure to call about the payment, but I had to inquire about the refrigerator being returned. The delivery driver said it basically sat in their warehouse at the store during that time.When I opened it up, low and behold, my Refrigerator was FILTY AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND ROACH DROPPINGS!!!! You know it's bad when you open the running refrigerator and see live roaches scurrying around inside on the bottom.I have called corporate numerous times, have a complaint number and have yet to hear back from upper management or lower management about how they plan on rectifying the situation. When I do call, I am told that the Regional Manager has taken care of it. Funny thing is I have never heard from nor spoken to said regional manager. They also claim to have sent me an email regarding the complaint, etc. I have never received that either and they've verified my email multiple times and I get the ones related to the bill.I plan on submitting this negative review on Facebook as well and I'll be posting pictures that back up everything I have reported here.

I WAS happy with Aaron's, have paid off a couple of items, with them, in fact. However, when their subcontractors are very nasty with you, Aaron's will not stand behind you. When A&B repaired my mower (the 3rd time) I needed them to come back, yet again, to fix it. The people at A&B were very nasty with me and even threatened me, for no provoked reason. When I reported it it to Aaron's, they gave me a month off my payment and told me they were gong to find somewhere else to have the repairs made. As it turns out, near 3 months later, they are still using the same repair shop as if it was no big deal.
