I had the worst service experience in that store today Tuesday, December 12th,2023 at approximately 2:40p.m., I went there to reconnect my service with a payment from my debit card, they made the charge and then cancelled it, the bank had it pending and did not post the money immediately back. I was very upset and asked the store to help on this, they made me call my bank and got upset when I described the situation to the bank as a service from staff that did not know what they were doing. The manager of the store interrupted me and told me to "get my things and get out of HER store", as a client I have never been treated with so much disrespect and rudeness. Now I remember why I always use the app and by any means use a representative help. So disappointed! I thought I was paying for the best service in all the way and is terrible, internet is the worst and now I can for sure say staff is too.

Very disapointed in finding out by calling AT&T customer service I was able to fix my phone. The store could not. The rep from AT&T told me he's surprised they store could not help. He fixed it in minutes. I wasted my morning running between the AT&T store and Walmart for a level of incompetence not often seen in person. Hooray for the talent at the corporate level. It's sure not at the retail level.

Horrible service horrible signal were given phones from a special deal they had going on phones don't work went to 2 different stores they both told us something different and cannot replace them in-store and still have to pay on them the phone we have aren't even good quality very disappointed

I tried to transfer my new phone over and Sharon the clerk did the bare minimum of switching over the SIM cards and then calling it a day when that would not work.. she refused to do any more work by calling AT&t herself to actually make an attempt to get it to work. She did however transfer my data from my old phone over unfortunately she was insulting about it when I praised her and questioned how it was so easy she just said you only have to know how to read.. she's been doing this for 11 years so apparently she's aggravated with people who are not phone savvy. Anyway with her ability to read she was unable to get the phone to properly work and later the next day after my ignorant self did some research and made some phone calls to her company I was able to get the phone to work. Sorry Sharon.. no sale today. Go back to sleep in your store.

Terrible service, not the first time I've had problems at this place. today i went with my husband to try to buy a new phone, we waited almost half an hour to be served, then another customer arrived and they answered before us, then after a long wait they said they don't have the phone, that we should buy it online, what incompetence! after we complained the man said we were not welcome at HIS STORE, I thought it was AT&T store. Anyway, they were completely wrong but they acted like we were, disrespectful and incompetence is what these employees describe, I will never go back!
