Second time to this facility, first time i spent 9 hours on a door.Second time it took 4 hours waiting for just my bol to return to me, once your truck is unloaded they dont give a damn about your clock

Worst possible location for a truck to get unloaded. Checked in at 0800 my appointment was for 9am. they didn't start unloading until 1200 its 1330 and they are still counting pallets. DONT GET A LOAD TO THIS LOCATION.
