Most professional and reasonably priced storage unit around. I worked with the owner John and his manager Jerry to get set up with my unit/office space. Both gentlemen were very responsive, professional and polite. I would highly recommend Ocala storage park 10/10!

BEWARE UNDER NEW OWNER! Has locked me out 3 times in the 8 months he has owned the place. The owner will not return phone calls on weekends. He has done this all three times. If you do not answer his call which will be days later, he will blow your phone up! The back fence is compromised so you can get in to the facility from the back! This is how he treats a disbled veteran who has to pay someone to drive an hour and a half to get to the storage facility. Bye the way he knew since the first time I was locked out about my situation. The only thing he has done since taking over is raise the rent and lock people out! When you look at his 5 star ratings not one of them has more than 3 reviews.

Owner and Staff are Professional, Responsive and Friendly. Safety of our people and property is big for us so we love that there are security cameras on site and operating businesses within close proximity to ours. Highly recommend on so many fronts but especially if you want to store your things with confidence!

Truly a great experience. The management at Ocala Storage park was kind, informative, and caring. They installed new security cameras to make sure everyone’s valuables are properly secured. This coupled with the keypad gate access I feel very secure storing my valuables here. Jonathan and Jerry were awesome.

The best establishment I have ever use for storage. Jerry and Jonathan been very helpful throughout the process and the customer service is top tier. I was able to rent a slot for my RV and a unit for storage at great prices.

I have been renting space from Citrus Park Storage for eleven years. The facility has always been kept clean. Like anything mechanical, automatic gates do sometimes malfunction. The staff have always been quick to get the gates opened and repaired. Over the years, I have used other facilities. Eleven years as a Citrus Park customer says it all.

Like many Californians... my friend waited on the CA housing market to crash BUT it didn't so he decided to move to Florida (proceeds with "California Exodus")!Moving his stuff from Cali to Florida, we found a storage spot that had good pricing, sufficient space & responsive employees.It does the job!

As a manager of a construction company, we require a reliable and secure location to store our work tools and equipment, and this facility provided just that.From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who were more than happy to assist me. They walked me through the process and ensured that I had everything I needed to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.What I appreciate the most about this storage facility was how quiet and safe it was. Despite the bustle of the surrounding area, the facility itself was a tranquil oasis that provided a perfect environment for our equipment and tools .
