“I have bought all of my mattresses From here since I have lived in Ocala for the past 14 years. We went today because the last mattress I purchased about 2 1/2 years ago is sagging very heavily and needed to talk to them about warranty. Julio was able to get on the phone with corporate and get everything handled for us and was able to get us into a brand new Mattress with our warranty claim added to it for a considerable discount and money back from the mattress that failed. We can’t thank him and the other gentleman that was in the store, which I cannot Remember his name for help making the transition with warranty so easy”

There was a bowl missing from the china, and it was very difficult to get an answer regarding the missing bowl. Finally, after weeks and several requests, the bowl was never found. However, I give them top marks for the quality and quantity of beautiful items! Very reasonable prices.”

“As in the past when buying mattresses. Mattress Firm had what I needed at the right price. This is my 3rd purchase now over several years. Unfortunately the delivery is no longer as good as before, not everything was delivered on time and one piece was not delivered so I had to make a trip back to the store to pick a mattress up as I needed it for family due in that evening, 2 days after it had been scheduled to arrive. I rate the store and the sales staff as excellent, but their delivery needs work to get back to where they were 10 years ago.”
